00:41 To be totally honest with you, when
00:43 we walked away from the auction, we
00:44 didn't at all think that we had a weak batting
00:46 lineup in the slightest.
00:48 If I take you back to pre-auction,
00:51 we were very pleased with our initial three signings.
00:54 We thought we had the nucleus of a side in terms of characters,
00:57 as well as actually match-winning cricketers.
01:00 And then actually, once we walked away from the auction,
01:02 we were pretty pleased with the work we did.
01:05 I've heard a lot of--
01:06 or a lot has been made about our lineup.
01:11 And I'm fine with that.
01:12 People are absolutely entitled to their opinion.
01:14 But I can assure you, at no stage
01:16 did we think we had a weakened or a weak batting lineup.
01:21 Look, there's always areas of improvement.
01:23 We've assessed each of our performances.
01:24 And whether that's been a win or a loss,
01:27 we've addressed points that we could have been better at.
01:32 I'd rather not dwell on what we think might be the weak points.
01:35 I'd rather commend our team on bouncing back from two defeats.
01:41 That shows real character.
01:43 And what I'd suggest is perhaps focusing on that
01:46 is more important at the moment.
01:52 This team has come together.
01:53 It's worked extremely hard.
01:54 We've practiced extremely hard.
01:56 We've come together as a group.
01:57 We're very well led by Hardik.
02:01 He has given his all as far as his captaincy is concerned.
02:07 He's really growing as a captain as well.
02:08 And I think you can see leaders amongst the group as well.
02:11 You think of the guys that have, throughout the tournament,
02:14 taken responsibility at different stages
02:16 at different games and got us across the line,
02:19 whether that be in tight games or games like this,
02:21 where we've had to be really smart in how we've
02:24 got to put a game together.
02:27 I'd rather focus on that.
02:28 I'd say I'd rather commend that than focus on any weak points.
02:34 That said, each game, even in this game,
02:37 I know for a fact when we get into that dressing room,
02:40 both Arshish and Gary amongst the group as well, the captain,
02:45 we will speak of points at this game
02:49 that we could have done things better.
