00:12 So we've been working with Bradford Council for a number of years to deliver the One City
00:17 Park office building which is due to complete in September this year.
00:22 It's been a really great close partnership and through that partnership we've entered
00:28 into discussions as the Development Manager for ECF, English Cities Fund, a joint venture
00:35 between Muse, LNG and Homes England to explore the possibilities for bringing forward the
00:43 redevelopment of the Kirkgate Shopping Centre and the Oslo Market.
00:48 The plan there is to create a city village, so city centre living for the people of Bradford
00:54 and the community of Bradford and really invigorate this part of town and bring life and living
01:01 back into the town to create a 24 hour city.
01:04 There's so much happening in Bradford at the moment, One City Park, proposals for the Kirkgate
01:12 Shopping Centre and city village, the Daly Street markets which are close to completion
01:18 and Bradford Live which will be opening later this year.
01:22 It's definitely a city on the up, we're a city of culture in 2025, it's an exciting
01:28 time to be working with Bradford Council, West Yorkshire Combined Authority and our
01:34 partners at LNG and Homes England.
