Akanksha Chowdhary, a resident of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, enrolled in Lady Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) to study economics at the undergraduate level. In 2016, at the age of 19, she participated in a modeling competition out of curiosity. To her surprise, she won the competition and embarked on a modeling career, working with renowned designers such as Rina Dhaka, Liz Paul, and Rocky Star. She also had the opportunity to walk the ramp with stars like Gauhar Khan, Kanika Kapoor, Randeep Hooda, and Vidhyut Jamwal.
During her MBA journey, Akanksha achieved an impressive CAT score of 98.12 and secured the 30th position among 393 students. Alongside her academic pursuits, she continued her modeling career, managing her time effectively by planning and organizing in advance. After completing her MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, Akanksha joined McKinsey & Company in the United States as a consultant. Reflecting on her experiences, Akanksha emphasizes the importance of seizing opportunities, exploring new things, and maintaining self-confidence for a transformative life. She says, "When you make the most of opportunities, life can undergo a fundamental transformation. As a result, it is essential to constantly explore new things. Never neglect your passion. Maintaining self-confidence is also crucial."
