00:00 We've got a packed and vibrant season ahead and I'm thrilled to be presenting some brilliant
00:03 productions from the West End and some of our leading UK theatre producers.
00:08 First up we've got Noises Off which comes to us direct from London and that will be
00:12 starring Matthew Kelly, Liza Goddard and Simon Shepard.
00:16 And that's going to be with us at the beginning of October.
00:18 October's going to be a cracking month for theatre because following that we've got the
00:22 real and imagined history of The Elephant Man which comes exclusively from Nottingham
00:27 Playhouse and it will be starring Zac Ford Williams from BBC One's Better.
00:32 Hot on the heels of that, to celebrate Halloween, The Woman in Black will be chilling audiences
00:37 for a week.
00:38 And then just before we hit our fantastic pantomime, which this year will star Tom Lister
00:42 and again our favourite here at Blackpool, Grand Steve Royal, we've got La Bamba which
00:47 is a fiesta of a musical which features artists from Strictly Come Dancing and comes to us
00:53 from Leicester Curve and again direct from a short season in London's West End.
00:58 And if you're looking forward to something in 2024 then watch this space because 2.22
01:04 A Ghost Story is on its way, giving us thrills and spills and more chills next April.
01:11 And peppered in and amongst that we've got some of the best comedians, we've got some
01:14 great stories from some of our favourite personalities, we've got Supervet here in November.
01:20 So it really is a cracking season and absolutely, as you say, something for everyone here in
