00:00 achievement for Fulham to be rated as good across the board by Ofsted in their recent visit to the
00:06 school in June. They commented on the rapid and impressive progress with Caesars School
00:11 and its best rating to convert it to academy in 2009. Since my appointment last June we've worked
00:18 hard to improve our educational offering, striving to implement the changes needed to bring the
00:24 academy up to the required standard through a relentless pursuit of excellence and our commitment
00:29 to nurturing responsible, respectful and accomplished individuals. The efforts have now been recognized
00:35 by Ofsted and it's a testament really to the hard work and determination of our staff, our senior
00:40 leadership team, governors and pupils and the wider school community which has helped us to receive
00:46 praise for those outstanding efforts over the last school year. It's easy for me to recognize the
00:52 comments noted by inspectors that pupils are calm, polite and benefit from the positive relationships
00:57 that they have with staff. They celebrate diversity and make a strong contribution to the respectful
01:03 environment that exists across the school and our dedication really to inclusivity and support for
01:09 pupils with SEND was also recognized with most pupils including those who send, respond well
01:15 to the high expectations that leaders have of their conduct and achievement. So we're pleased
01:21 that our hard work has been recognized.
