00:00 That was nasty. That was nasty. First time we get to look at Madden NFL 24. If you
00:06 don't know who these players are sitting in the chairs, well we encourage you to
00:09 tune in to the MCSC isn't because on one side we got our defending Madden Bowl
00:13 champion the two-time belt winner Dez and on the other side we got one of the
00:17 most popular players in the game and somebody who's very good in the booth as
00:21 well. It's none other than Clefthegaard. To my left we have Madden designer
00:25 Spade hanging out with us. We got to do this last year remotely we now get to do
00:29 it in person Spade from from a perspective of a designer. How much fun
00:33 is this time of year as everybody is so excited to get Madden NFL 24? It's crazy
00:38 fun man. It's a long cycle a lot of hard work goes in and it's a very exciting
00:42 moment to get a chance to see players finally get their hands on the game and
00:45 get a chance to see that hard work pay off. Well we already started off with a
00:48 touchdown so we should probably let people know what we're doing here. These
00:51 guys playing just a regs game here. Dez rocking the Chiefs, Clef is rocking the
00:56 Bills. They're playing on all pro on one side. Clef is using the Broncos playbook
01:00 and Dez is using the Bengals playbook. So we're gonna see a little bit of
01:04 everything here today. Has Madden Press been tuned down because my first play you
01:08 know he was Madden Press and I just threw a fade and Diggs just cooked him off the
01:12 line. Hey before I could even talk about it you you got right into it but
01:16 obviously if you watch NFL football that is not the way the game is played so we
01:21 went through and we tuned press chances especially if you got a good receiver.
01:24 Don't mean that you can't press you still can press in spots but we want to
01:28 make sure personnel matters and if you're walking a defensive back to the
01:31 line to press a receiver you should care about who you got there like the fear
01:36 that it could go to a big play is what we wanted to create this year. So what
01:39 you're saying is if people were hoping to press on Stefan Diggs every play
01:44 they're probably not gonna have a whole lot of fun defensively. Better have a
01:47 safety over the top. It's not gonna be fun. Well that sort of ties into you know
01:51 you talk about all the data that you guys got the feedback you got from the
01:55 beta. Man coverage is one of those things that people were talking about in the
01:58 beta. Talk to me how important that feedback was from just a short time ago.
02:01 Immensely like the feedback we get from our players is so important to us
02:05 because with all the testing that we can do we can't replicate the testing of
02:09 thousands and thousands of players so our beta we saw more players in our beta
02:13 this year than ever before. We got more feedback in that beta than ever before
02:16 and man coverage being OP, man press being OP these were things that our
02:21 players called down and we we took a tuning pass to adjust that because of
02:25 the feedback we got. That's the important thing to always remember is not just
02:28 this game improving year over year but even in such a short time from beta to
02:33 now it's changed a lot. It could potentially be more tuning passes as the
02:36 game lives we want to be in tune with our players and we want to be able to
02:40 react swiftly if we can. It's the the faded two words live service that's what
02:44 it is right? Live service, the give. See that play right there we saw some of the new
02:49 locomotion in the game those rack catches and passing the flats and drag
02:53 routes it seems like that it's just a whole lot smoother they're not losing
02:56 speed on those plays. Yeah a big effort went into allowing receivers to maintain
03:00 their momentum. I think if you played this game before you've experienced a
03:04 very frustrating moment where you see a receiver that's beat a defensive back
03:08 wow that's one of that new midair catch tackle. But you see a situation where a
03:14 receiver beats the defensive back and as you throw it he slows down to make the
03:18 catch the defender does not slow down and it's a very frustrating moment so a
03:21 lot of effort went into allowing receivers to maintain their momentum so
03:25 these rack catches now if you hit a receiver in stride it's a beautiful play
03:29 it feels good it's smooth like you said and often time at least to a very big
03:33 game. Seems like these zones are reacting quicker like they getting to the ball
03:38 way faster. Clef you called it out like we tune zones obviously zone rating is
03:45 important here but if these players can see the ball we tuned it where they
03:49 react faster not only did we tune it where they react to the ball faster we
03:53 made them more aggressive in the past oftentimes if they were behind if they
03:57 were positioned behind the receiver they were told to play the receiver but this
04:00 year certain players were telling them to be more aggressive and play the ball
04:03 and the result is you're seeing guys fly down make interceptions you see them
04:07 make tackles at the catch point and you're seeing a lot more knockouts as a
04:11 result of it. And so as a franchise guy where you know ratings are the be-all
04:16 end-all if I have a guy with a higher zone rating he's gonna react faster than
04:20 somebody with a lower zone rating? Absolutely I mean you'll be able to see
04:23 it like this is not something you'll need to go back and time it out to see the
04:27 millisecond. Yeah you'll see it. Just another thing to look for when we go
04:32 into those draft classes find the high zone guys so that they'll react.
04:38 And there's one of those knockout animations we're seeing. Absolutely and
04:45 that was a high pass too so I want to talk briefly about that high pass was
04:49 something that was used a lot it was a meta last cycle as well and and we
04:53 wanted to. It was the meta everywhere not just Mutt, franchise it was everywhere. We
04:58 attacked it from a few different angles for one you now have a chance of throwing
05:02 in an accurate pass when you attempt a high pass that's on the passing side on
05:06 the catching side if the receiver has to contort his body in a weird way to make
05:10 the catch he can just drop it because he's contorting weird so we addressed
05:14 it on the catching side and it's a lot more animation content where defensive
05:18 backs can't hit receivers while they're in the air jumping so. Well even on that
05:22 drop touchdown that was something that I think last year was probably caught most
05:25 of the time because they'd get hit in that midair and they just sort of come
05:27 down with it now that's balls getting pride free. And depending on ratings he
05:30 could have still hung on to it but you're seeing new animation content
05:34 you're seeing these guys be able to interact with these receivers going up
05:36 for the ball. I gotta ask Clef how does moving with Josh Allen out of the pocket
05:44 feel? It feels amazing it's one of the first things I noticed it's just how
05:47 much I can get outside the pocket and still be accurate on the run. You saw I
05:55 think some new messaging on there at the bottom it said high throw drop so you
05:59 talked about a there's a chance you know he was kind of in coverage there so
06:02 making that high catch would be tough but it's gonna tell you if your receiver
06:04 just straight up drop the ball and it wasn't deflected it was just a drop.
06:06 Absolutely just giving you as much feedback as possible we're gonna tell
06:09 you whether or not the pass was accurate or not and then we're gonna tell you the
06:12 result. Des does this feel somewhere in between you know Madden 22 was the year
06:17 of the escape artist, Madden 23 it felt like they were it was the year of
06:20 putting that escape artist back into the jail cell so they can't escape. Does
06:24 this feel like somewhere in the middle Des as you're scrambling with with
06:27 Patrick Mahomes because it seems more fluid but not quite as OP as it was in
06:30 22. Oh it feels perfect I feel like it's just the right balance where like the
06:34 defense the defense can still catch up to him but at the end of the day it's
06:37 Patrick Mahomes it's Josh Allen like they're gonna make their plays at the
06:40 end of this I'm really liking like the balance right now. Oh geez.
06:46 All right this I think we're gonna get Clef to call a little PA slot cross this
06:54 was a meta play of all meta plays and it was you got took advantage of the
06:59 defense because how the flip worked talk to me how it's different this year. Yeah
07:03 so we would see our players run this play flip it and instead of the players
07:07 crossing field you just would give that route that seam route you would give it
07:11 to the receiver. Speed over there I gave defenses fits and it was a rather easy
07:17 fix that we just said if you're gonna flip the play we're gonna make the tight
07:20 end cross the field he's gonna keep his route and our video game defensive
07:25 coordinators are gonna sleep a whole lot better because of that change.
07:29 Just all your PA slot cross tight end fans got some bad news for you you're
07:34 not gonna be able to just manipulate that to the wide receiver gets the gets
07:37 the route you wanted. You can already see the difference here even just like in
07:42 sort of a stock adjusted defense. Oh my coverage was a lot better downfield.
07:52 I really like that change too because it takes away just just one of the quick
07:56 hike you know everyone complains about the quick hike snap audible it takes
08:00 away one of the most OP plays. And there you go there's one of those zones
08:08 dropping back that was a play I think you were looking at a year or two ago
08:12 that ball would sail over his shoulder or you wouldn't you unless you were
08:15 clicked on you weren't making a play on that one. Yeah obviously you know when
08:18 we're talking about a new game I think we tend to steer towards talking about
08:21 the offensive changes because there are players wonder they want to go score
08:24 points but I think it's important that you know the word I think you keep
08:27 bringing up and I think you're gonna hear a lot throughout this video is
08:30 balance. It's for every offensive ad we're giving something defensively that
08:34 gives a chance to counter that. Right and once the game gets in the hands of our
08:37 players and they get a chance to lap at some point offense or defense is gonna
08:41 swing the pendulum in their favor but it's a it's a very tough job for us to
08:45 try to balance but we really put a lot of time and effort into trying to make
08:48 sure there's something that counters everything.
08:52 Good knockout. Great knockout. Yeah they're breaking on that fast. Yes sir. One thing
08:59 I'm noticing from from this year to last year is how the the cornerbacks and the
09:04 safeties that don't really need knockout abilities to break on the ball get
09:07 knockouts. Obviously last year knockout was probably one of the you could make
09:12 the argument that it was the most important. I think most would say it was
09:15 the most important ability. You could definitely make that argument and whereas players
09:19 with knockout are still gonna knock out more passes this year it's not a
09:22 necessity. If a player is there and he is there in time to make a play you should
09:26 have a chance to knock the ball out especially depending on catching traffic
09:29 rating of the receiver. Boy it does feel like as we're as we're getting to see a
09:32 little bit of those run plays. If you're at home we're talking about the the catch
09:37 animations those catch windows. If you're up at home and you're like I'm a runner
09:41 okay I want to tote the ball I want to pound the rock. The new and improved
09:45 blocking schemes I think makes running a viable offense. For sure. Especially here in 24. Yeah a lot of
09:51 improvements went into run. You're gonna see some new pool blockers if you want
09:56 to run toss and those plays to get you outside but I think the thing that I'm
10:00 most excited about is our targeting. Like in the past we had an issue where
10:04 blockers would try to determine where the running back wanted to go and that
10:07 led to them just being. It's a bad guessing game. Yeah like you didn't know where they was
10:11 gonna go. This year they're just very decisive. They get it in the open field
10:15 they target who they want to block and they get action. Oh no. One also
10:25 thing I also noticed pretty mainly is that last year there was a real big
10:29 problem with like receivers bumping off their routes and you know just random
10:34 things that happen. Right now I'm seeing just really fluid routes. People like my
10:37 receivers aren't really getting bumped off their like their patterns and I'm
10:40 really liking that honestly. Yeah effort went into that too. It's crazy. I didn't
10:45 know if that would be noticed especially considering it's that first game but
10:48 that's a real frustrating point for a user because everything like that that
10:52 you see it feels like illegal touching or illegal holding or a PI is something.
10:57 You're looking like man what's happening to my receiver so some effort went to
11:00 letting those guys resolve that bump faster and get them back into his route.
11:04 It seems like when I pass commit I'm getting like super not super animation
11:09 but like I'm getting a much better pass rush animation like they really trying
11:12 to rush the passer rather than just sit there and you know play patty cake with
11:17 him. Yeah if you pass commit especially on these play-action plays you are
11:21 basically canceling out your defensive line or your pass rushers even
11:25 considering the fact that it's a run. They're gonna go right into that pass
11:28 rush assignment which is gonna allow them to share blocks a bit faster. So I
11:32 don't know if going to that play-action is gonna be the move this year. You saw
11:36 right there a defender behind the receiver went for a swat instead of
11:40 playing the receiver which is so refreshing to see. It is man it is so
11:44 many times in the past I felt like if I didn't click on and do something nothing
11:47 happened and that's a frustrating moment as well.
11:51 Gregor Russo making play there former Miami Hurricanes. I had to give you a shot I knew you were a Miami fan.
11:56 Got you. I appreciate it. Beautiful there. Got a high pass there but again
12:01 able to react to that receiver on the spot and knock that ball up. What also feels like
12:06 when you're seeing the drops in those collisions like it feels warranted.
12:10 Because you had some of those drops last year where it would just be like a
12:13 pretty light collision that still drop it or the push from behind collision. Now
12:17 you're seeing these big hits prying the ball free and it feels like okay I
12:20 understood why my receiver didn't hold on to that one. Yeah it feels appropriate
12:23 and again I keep going back to this it looks like football. At the end of the day
12:27 we just want this game to look and feel like football. One of the things to I
12:31 think take a note of is we're going through this game and we're seeing these
12:34 guys you know obviously these guys haven't labbed up what they're gonna be
12:38 playing this year. They're going around is a lot of credit to the playbook
12:41 team because last year big cut down in plays. This year it feels like we've
12:45 added a bunch of plays and there's a lot of new looks out there. Every single team
12:48 just got more content added in like you brought up last year was effort to
12:53 reduce playbooks try to get some of the clutter out. Some players were not happy
12:57 with that reduction and that was nasty. The playbook team came back that might be
13:01 something new as well. That was nasty? We're talking about playbooks we have the fake
13:06 reverse jet sweep. To the house. But yeah that playbook team went crazy man every
13:12 single team has a new stuff in it. I think Klusk gonna get the game be like
13:17 I gotta lab against this wide receiver power fake jet. I went cross-eyed
13:21 right there I didn't know where the ball was going. We had some people going left
13:25 right. I mean that by the way that is quintessential NFL football these days.
13:30 So much misdirection out there because these defensive players are so fast and
13:34 powerful you have to make them at least look the wrong way.
13:38 As we just saw there like I'm really liking like just the creativity in this
13:46 game. I remember like last year in MCS I was like the only one running like I ran
13:50 like tight end jet sweeps and stuff so I love stuff like that honestly.
13:54 Seeing stuff like that. I definitely think the stuff that's been done in
13:58 playbooks this year I would not be surprised to see some off meta stuff.
14:01 You're gonna see somebody in a playbook running some stuff you have flat-out
14:05 never seen work I've never seen even be ran. We got Toss Plays working in Madden
14:11 again. Couldn't have queued it up any better. Toss Plays like I said the run game this
14:16 open field targeting is something that you can feel instantly. You're gonna pick
14:19 the control up you're gonna call a run play and you're gonna see those offensive
14:21 linemen getting action. It feel like they're not just running so you know
14:25 empty grass like they actually get to the next level in climbing and blocking.
14:29 They definitely are. Now I don't know if that was the same thing. Call this play
14:33 again. I was about to say. Now let's talk about real-time AI adjustments. This is
14:37 something that if the same run players ran a number of times and that number is
14:42 gonna vary depending on what difficulty you're on but if you're running the same
14:45 play over and over and over. Look at that linebacker in the run fit shot the gap.
14:48 Defensive players in the run gap I mean in run fit what you're gonna see
14:53 these guys do is they're gonna leave reading react a lot faster. They're just
14:56 gonna shoot their gaps. Now that doesn't mean it's gonna be a tackle for a loss.
14:58 It doesn't mean that they're gonna always blow the play up. So it's not like 1988 games
15:02 where like you ran the same play three times. Automatic TFL. Right but what you're
15:06 gonna see is the difference in their behavior. You're gonna see how quick they
15:09 shoot the gaps. So it does feel like that does allow some of the more chess player
15:16 play callers to set it up. Run in some inside zone some of those those inside
15:21 a gap runs then hit him with a toss play. It would be beautiful and that's what we
15:25 want. We want to open up the playbook. We want players to feel more confident
15:28 running other plays. That's a nice play. That's gonna be a good man beater just
15:33 running running with the quarterback. Dawson Knox. Pumping up the crowd. Yeah I was
15:39 about to say the post play team went crazy too. You're gonna see not only new
15:43 celebrations. We had new celebrations every year but the thing that they did
15:46 this year that I really like just emotion and if I'm not mistaken. Look on
15:51 the left side because I feel like he did. Diggs fried him. Oh my god. He fried. He's like coach I'm wide open.
15:57 Tell me the ball. I think we're gonna see some of the improved downfield blocking
16:01 here. A little slip screen action. Look at look at the offensive lineman. The
16:05 offensive lineman is down the field and not just creating a convoy. And getting
16:08 the action like getting in the field and getting down the field to get action. I
16:12 love it. I think one thing I'm already noticing that's really improved is the
16:16 just the offensive line IQ honestly like you just saw him right there he picked
16:20 up last year like he was just a lot of the time he would just whip on that
16:23 block and really made screens unrunnable so I'm really liking that right now. I'm
16:27 gonna record that clip and take it back to the guys that work on blocking. Those
16:31 guys and they got a hard job. I don't envy them at all but they put a lot of work in this year.
16:36 And that's Trey White too. In the zone. I think his zone range is actually pretty high in this game. I could be wrong.
16:40 It's not bad. I think it's pretty high. And last year and years past like you had to really play with
16:47 zone drops on. That right there is like that's no zone drops. That's just him
16:50 you know having awareness and IQ. Look at this. This is a stock. This is a default zone.
16:56 Like this never I'm telling you this bad in the past this never happened. Like he
17:01 never get this much depth. And then play this this is a crossing. Y'all did a good job on movement.
17:06 I think all of this I think zones playing better because of movement. Cuz last year
17:10 any other year before before next gen like this dude would take so long to get
17:15 to this ball. Yeah. He never gets this. Yeah. Even if he was this deep. This still would be able to please him.
17:19 Or he's getting egged for it. Yeah or he'll be able to fit it in this little window right here
17:24 between them. But like the movement just so much better. I like from this view you can see how
17:29 quick he reacts to this bro. Like he is reacting. He sees it. See this is my type of man when I can play zone.
17:36 Look at the safety react to that too. Wow casual players the guys that just you know we play a time
17:41 or two a week maybe they're not as well versus zone drops and all the other good stuff. If they got
17:46 good players in zone in position to make plays they should be able to make plays. Yeah. Clef let's see
17:50 like on this play like a 10 yard dig route and see like a cover three defense because I want to see
17:56 how those linebackers react. Because in years past this is this is a money play. Throw that dig right
18:01 behind the linebacker and unless you're clicked on it's probably completed. I want to see how those
18:05 linebackers react here. Look at him drop back and make the play. I mean I love it. You love to see
18:12 that. That's zone defense. A lot of work went into it man. So kudos to the coverage team. They got
18:18 these guys playing a lot better. You got to be smarter when you slinging the pigskin this year.
18:21 Oh a little separation. Oh my god. And you get a chance to see some of that momentum. Like digs
18:33 never slows down. Never has to slow down. So those lead you know those pass lead. We tune pass lead
18:39 in a bit so you can lead a bit more now. So just being able to lead a receiver on a go route. It
18:44 looks like and you'll see it here. You're not seeing the up back coming up and catching the
18:48 ball. You're actually seeing the returner. Who thought we'd be sitting here talking about special
18:52 teams. But special teams was really massaged this year. New formations on regular kick return. New
18:58 onside kick formations and onside kick return formation. So like you just alluded to a lot of
19:04 people do the scum kick. They probably kick it to you once and see if you really got skills and if
19:08 so. Is that why they keep kicking it to me deep? They're like this dude is not returning. That might be why Nick. But yeah like you said the
19:14 blocking is gonna set up and the actual returner is gonna come up and make the kick. So I might be
19:18 able to house a kick. You just may. That was kicked short. Someone is gonna scum kick and it's gonna get
19:23 taken to the house. I'm calling it now. Oh the drop off the high pass into Jordan Poirier's hands. And I don't think I could be wrong. I don't think Jordan Poirier has something like pick artist on him. So you're seeing him able to make an open field interception without the ability. Yeah our players are gonna have to some of them are gonna have to reprogram themselves because high pass was so much the thing to do. Yeah I mean you kind of do it without thinking about it. So you got to be careful. You got to pick your spots. It's interesting this does
19:53 feel like a game with a lot of the changes. There's a lot of habit breaking that's gonna have to happen. Because we've been overcompensating for certain things that you know worked maybe a little differently than you guys wanted it to. Now you've spent some time tuning it and people are gonna have to change how they played. Absolutely. In office I still walk people to the line and I press and it takes once for me to get beat and go okay. I gotta remember.
20:18 It's important for us to mention too obviously escape artists gave a lot of us headaches. A few nightmares. In 23 we made an effort to make scrambling quarterback stay in the pocket a bit more. Oh Bill's got it back. So in 24 we wanted to make sure that scrambling quarterbacks and mobile quarterbacks felt mobile. Even if you're not scrambling the way that Cleft is getting out the pocket he's not necessarily scrambling but he's able to get out of the pocket and make plays. But at the same time there's good contain and that contain is gonna pretty much keep him from being able to just run around. Look at the end. Keep keep balloting right there.
20:48 Absolutely.
20:49 But you know Cleft just finds Gabriel Davis down the field. I mean he's Cleft. He's not called Cleft the mortal. He's Cleft the guy. Just want to let you know though you're not gonna be able to screenshot this and be like see I beat Dez and I'm 1-0 against him in Man 24. I'm 1-0. See you got it. It's how you start. It ain't always how you finish. It's how you start. It's only how you start. It's only how you start. You know we start off 1-0. Maybe. This is where Dez should have brought his belts here just like laid them out and be like.
21:15 Reminder guys if you're if you're wanting to compete if you want to maybe match up with one of these guys 1.7 million dollars on the line in the MCS season this year registration is now open. The ultimate kickoff first tournament of the season September 5th and 6th. So make sure you sign up today. You never know. Let's be clear. We didn't know this man Dez last year and all he did was show up and win two belts. So if you're out there going I don't have a chance to this you don't know that until you sign up.
21:44 I'm running this cover to Wimber and I see my safety like how he's getting to the sideline. He's not like strafing. He's like you know what I'm saying. He's kind of running over there. Yeah.
21:53 He's not strafing but he's also not sprinting. It's somewhere in the middle. Yeah so it's a new local type. You're going to see these guys do read steps first and then you're going to see them go in the crossover run. So Cleft that's a great call out because he's not in strafe but he still has his hips turned. He can run but he's still facing the quarterback and this is again this is authentic to the sport. You see these guys they don't just turn around and just run to a spot.
22:14 It's nice to see because I think if you're usering and you hold both triggers it does the same thing. We're now seeing the CPU able to do that as well. And this is something that again people going to have to reprogram themselves in the past if you was on strafe and you held sprint you just strafed still but this year if you're holding both triggers you're going to turn your hips. You're going to crossover this year.
22:35 I'm not going to lie I've seen Dez run some RPOs. RPOs are kind of dangerous here especially with that improved blocking. I don't know it's a scary year. If you're thinking about RPO running some RPOs your offense this might be the year to do it early. I think it's a great year to see just how much of a chess match this sport is. If you want to mix in pass, run, RPO, a little bit of QB sneak here and there you can just keep the defense guessing.
23:02 I'm seeing a lot of new tackle animations. Is there new tackling techniques in the game?
23:08 Nick you're going to hate this but conservative tackle has been replaced.
23:12 No! I'm not going to accidentally mess up my tackle again. I'm out guys.
23:18 I knew you were going to have that reaction but conservative tackle has been replaced with wrap tackles. It's still pressing A or X depending on what console you're on but you're going to see these guys try to wrap up the ball carrier and the outcome is going to vary depending on speed, strength, size and I say speed of the ball carrier. If they're moving at low speed you're going to see different animations. So you'll see defensive backs wrap up legs because that's authentic to the sport. You'll see these big guys hit a ball carrier up high and driving backwards.
23:46 Tight window throws. They're possible in this game. Especially with the good quarterbacks. That's a cover sack right there. He's sitting in the pocket and it doesn't feel like they have 6, 7, 8 seconds to throw the ball. The pass rush has certainly been tuned.
24:08 It's also not that as soon as you drop back it's a lot of fun.
24:16 There's one of those play actions in a situation you probably weren't running the ball in. Shotgun play action on first and 10.
24:22 I don't know if it was a pass commit done there but that's exactly the behavior you can expect to see if you pass commit on a play action pass.
24:30 Look at him back off the press on the Diggs. I don't care that there's 50 seconds left. You're not getting another one on me.
24:40 I learned my lesson. That was a darn long play. He's having a day.
25:00 What's the most difficult thing you felt or saw between last year and your first try here at Madden 24?
25:04 Catching. Everything around catching. The animations are a thousand times better. It makes you more comfortable with throwing a check down.
25:11 Also letting the computer catch it for you. You don't have to swerve your way into an animation. All the animations feel good and they feel fluid.
25:19 Des, how about you?
25:21 It's gotta be the playbooks. Every single formation I called out game, I feel like I called every formation. There was about 2 or 3 looks I liked in every single one of them.
25:30 So many things they added that I liked. The fake tootsweep that I hit him with. It was all sick.
25:36 I can speak for everybody Spade that we're excited for Madden 20. We appreciate you hanging out with us.
25:41 I cannot wait for this game to come out because it feels like we say it every year that every game is different but you guys put in a lot of work to make this game feel very different from 23.
25:50 A ton of work. Thanks for having me for one. But obviously I want to thank the players because we watch so much of the game plays.
25:57 Everything from YouTube videos to streams and MCS games. We get a chance to see how our players play the game and that allows us to know what needs to be tweaked, tuned, massaged and changed.
26:07 Really excited about what we were able to do here on Madden 24 and I can't wait for our players to get it.
26:11 It's going to be a lot of fun. If you want to get your hands on Madden 24 make sure you pre-order the game now.
26:16 Worldwide launch is August 18th. You're not going to want to miss out on this one.
