00:00 Hey guys, this is a morning hamster routine. It's basically what I do every morning for

00:15 my dual hamster Coco. So first I take out the water, I'm just refilling it, putting

00:21 the lid back on, cleaning the nozzle and then putting it back in. Then I just sift her sand

00:26 in bath. I use the tea strainer because it's just what's easiest. Coco loves to kick her

00:33 sand into the beach chip so I just replaced them. Now I'm just adding in some more nesting

00:37 material. I put any loose substrates back into place. Then I took out ceramic cards

00:43 and cleaned it with clean and safe spray. Then I added some food and put it back. Now

00:48 I'm compressing her bedding. This is just an overview of her enclosure. Then Coco just

00:53 collects some food, drinks some water and goes back to sleep.
