00:15 And the habits of the investors have changed,

00:23 Digital medium is not only a medium for transaction,
00:26 but it's also a great medium for communication,
00:29 or taking your message to the clients.
00:33 The way we are approaching this particular issue
00:36 is in two ways.
00:38 One, how do we increase the engagement of our clients,
00:42 our distribution partners, by enabling them with more,
00:46 let's say, material on our websites,
00:48 more educated material, engaging with them,
00:51 giving them tools to, let's say, do the risk profiling,
00:55 or even for customers, understanding their own goals
00:58 and planning for that.
01:00 And then, of course, enabling them
01:02 to transact in a much more smoother way,
01:05 and in a much easier way, as compared
01:07 to what they would have done from handling of too many papers
01:10 perspective.
01:11 And this is being done both for our distributors
01:13 as well as for our clients.
01:16 I think it increases the ease of business.
01:18 It increases the turn-- let's say,
01:21 reduces the turnaround time.
01:24 And also, it leads to a much more effective communication.
01:27 A publication like yours, for example,
01:29 has started taking these videos in addition
01:31 to what you were doing in the print media.
01:34 Again, I think it makes it a little more effective
01:37 to reach out to your digital clients.
01:39 And that appreciation is there across the board
01:43 in the entire industry, as well as we see it
01:46 both as an enabler, as well as probably a potential vertical
01:50 by itself, and both in terms of content
01:54 as well as in terms of transactions.
