00:00 Yeah, no, it was great.
00:00 Obviously, those guys, the veterans in there
00:02 was Shaq and Zaire and EJ and stuff,
00:05 and then the other guys behind them.
00:06 I like that.
00:08 The pads were popping today.
00:09 I like the intensity at practice.
00:10 And we got to continue doing it because when
00:12 training camp gets going and going and going,
00:15 and days get longer and longer, we
00:17 got to maintain that level of energy every day.
00:19 And you look like Shaq didn't do any team stuff today.
00:21 Is that part of the plan?
00:22 It is.
00:23 It's part of the plan.
00:23 We're slowly progressing him back in there.
00:26 But gosh, he's looked great.
00:27 And we just want to do it the right way
00:29 and be smart with him.
00:30 So what's the physicality today?
00:31 I mean, what does that tell you on the first day of pads?
00:35 Yeah, no, it's freaking great.
00:36 When you get out there and you got the pads on,
00:38 I want to see that.
00:39 And I think the guys expect that.
00:40 I mean, you play football with pads on.
00:42 And so it's the first day of pads.
00:43 And to see the physicality and the way
00:45 the guys brought the energy first thing in the morning,
00:47 we didn't have anything.
00:48 And this morning, we came right out here and practiced.
00:50 They did a little weight lifting.
00:51 They lifted before we came out here to get their bodies ready.
00:54 And we came out here ready to go.
