00:00 Lori Vallow Daybell has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
00:05 Judge Stephen Boyce sentenced Vallow on Monday following her May conviction for the 2019 murders of her 7-year-old son Joshua J.J. Vallow
00:13 and her 16-year-old daughter, Tylee Ryan, as well as conspiring to murder Chad Daybell's first wife, Tammy.
00:20 Tammy had been married to Daybell for nearly 30 years before her death.
00:24 Vallow was also convicted of grand theft by deception for collecting government payments after her children's deaths
00:29 and was sentenced to 10 years for that conviction.
00:32 Vallow was a follower of Daybell's doomsday writings and beliefs which held that Vallow's children were zombies
00:38 and Vallow was a "goddess" among other outlandish theories.
00:42 Daybell is also charged in connection with all three deaths but will be tried separately. He is pleaded not guilty.
00:48 Prior to the sentencing, Judge Boyce called Vallow's crimes "heinous and egregious"
00:52 and noted that she hadn't shown any remorse for her actions.
00:55 The judge went on to say that Vallow chose the most evil and destructive path possible,
