01:47 Some of the challenges are being on a diet regularly,
01:52 permanent training like an Olympic athlete,
01:56 three or four hours a day, and sometimes I get injured from that.

02:17 From my long experience with my career, people think that we do such easy job,
02:24 like we go on stage, perform three to four shows and earn money.
02:30 But in fact, this activity requires much patience, time, and physical labor with combined sport and art altogether.

02:56 To be good at this sport, to maintain my strength and keep my body in shape,
03:02 I need to eat nutritious food and take my training every day non-stop.

03:15 Contortion has helped me to become a patient person,
03:20 to have an ability to communicate and work with many people
03:25 and the most important thing is I found myself.
03:30 [Music]
03:34 If someone wants to do contortion, do it yourself,
03:38 and furthermore need to tolerate their pain and their emotional challenges.
