00:00 Well, yeah, we went an hour yesterday or the first day and then hour 15.
00:03 We'll ramp it up tomorrow to hour 30.
00:04 It's just a ramp up period, just taking care of these guys,
00:06 getting them back into football shape.
00:08 You know, they worked out in the summer, but now we're getting back into,
00:10 you know, training camp, but really pleased with the tempo,
00:13 really pleased with the energy of practice today.
00:14 And we got to keep that, keep going.
00:16 Is some of the injuries around the league kind of vindicate that thought process
00:19 for you a little bit?
00:20 I mean, yes and no.
00:21 I mean, some of those things, I mean, injuries are going to happen, right?
00:23 You, it's just, it's football, right?
00:25 It's going to happen.
00:25 But if you can try to prevent as much of those, you know,
00:28 because obviously the best ability is availability.
00:30 So you want your best players out there on Sunday.
00:31 So trying to prevent those injuries is what we're trying to get done.
00:34 What is Jackson dealing with?
00:35 He's got a little hamstring.
00:37 I heard AJ Spee say that he was talking to Zaire and he was like,
00:41 "Man, that was kind of fun today."
00:42 Why are you, like how are you instilling that fun back into the program?
00:46 I think just like the connection, just having fun competitions,
00:49 team meeting room, doing things we do in there,
00:51 and just always just creating that growth and just the energy.
00:54 I just want guys that have energy
00:55 and I don't mind them talking trash out there.
00:56 I want that at practice.
00:57 I think that brings excitement.
00:59 I think it brings a lot of tempo, a lot of energy.
