The prices from the said places increased after Typhoon #EgayPH destroyed farms due to its heavy rains and strong winds.

The Department of Agriculture (DA) said that agricultural damage brought by Typhoon '#EgayPH' has ballooned to P512.9 million as of Friday, from only P62 million previously reported, even as the typhoon has already exited the Philippine area of responsibility. (MB Video by Juan Carlo de Vela)
