00:00 Our world is full of kindness, but all that kindness just isn't in that human world.
00:05 Actually, much of the kindness lies in animals' hearts.
00:08 Not only are they pure, but animals always remember those who were good to them.
00:13 Take Naldol the pig for example.
00:15 When he was rejected by his fellow, a whole bunch of geese came to his rescue.
00:20 Not all of these stories will be this cute, though like the one about the man whose house
00:23 burned down and his dog would visit the rubble every day.
00:27 And sometimes, nature will surprise you even more by giving you a glimpse of a rare relationship
00:33 between this leopard and a cow he visited every single night.
00:36 Be sure to stick around and find out why.
00:39 Fox Wanders Into Home To Drink Some Water This pandemic has brought about a lot of changes,
00:45 even in the animal world.
00:46 With lesser people outside, more animals have come out to see what's been going on and
00:50 generally have a look around.
00:52 Well, this fox found its way inside a man's home right through the front gate.
00:56 And not just that, it went right in and accepted a glass of water that the homeowner had kept
01:00 just in case an animal was thirsty.
01:03 Chairman of the Native Woodland Trust, Jim Lawler, said that foxes have been doing this
01:07 sort of thing more and more ever since the lockdown took place in Dublin.
01:11 It's not just him, though.
01:12 Even mountain goats, sea lions, monkeys, and even deer have been seen on lawns and on the
01:17 roads.
01:18 Dog Waits For His Owner At The Burned Down House Every Night
01:21 Okay, folks, grab your tissues for this one because it's going to be a long and sad
01:26 story.
01:27 This dog right here has always roamed about the neighborhood looking for something even
01:31 though he has severe burn wounds on his back legs.
01:34 He examines every car that drives by and always goes to one area to bark at nothing.
01:39 When a couple of people followed him, they found out that he barked at nothing but burned
01:43 fawn rubble that once used to be a house.
01:45 They managed to track the previous owner of the house, who was unfortunately in the hospital.
01:50 As you might have guessed, this poor man's house had burned down, leaving him in the
01:54 hospital and his dog on the streets.
01:57 When the neighbors told him the condition of his dog, he immediately started to cry
02:00 big pearly tears.
02:02 His dog would not eat or sleep without him.
02:04 Hearing that, we even started to cry.
02:07 That same group of people devised a plan to get his dog back.
02:11 But for that, they needed a trap.
02:12 Finally, they managed to catch the poor little fellow.
02:15 At first, he was very panicked but soon calmed down.
02:18 He was then taken to the vet where his injuries were tended to.
02:22 In the vet hospital, he saw that the dog wouldn't eat anything, so he recorded a special message
02:26 for his companion and sent his hat to him so both of them could heal.
02:30 At last, the dog started to eat and got much healthier.
02:33 Once both the owners and the dog were healthy enough to see each other, the crew planned
02:36 a meet-up.
02:37 Just at the sight of him, the dog ran to him as if he never had any injuries on his legs.
02:42 We told you, you should have kept the tissues close to you.
02:46 Dog Cries When He Gets Separated From His Cow Mom
02:49 There are some bonds in the world that you just can't break.
02:53 Whether it's a mom and her offspring or if it's a rookie and his adoptive mother.
02:57 Rookie the dog didn't have a mother of his own, so this generous cow took him in.
03:02 In fact, she even raised him and they would always live together.
03:05 However, circumstances changed and the owner couldn't raise two cows anymore, so he decided
03:10 to sell Rookie's adoptive mother.
03:12 But Rookie was not ready to let go and when he found out that his mom was being sent away,
03:17 he ran outside frantically with his tears in his little puppy eyes.
03:21 After that, the cow was sent away, she was put in another shelter.
03:24 Here comes the surprising part.
03:26 The shelter was far away and Rookie had never been to that place.
03:30 Yet he still managed to run all the way to the shelter just to see his mom and best friend
03:34 again.
03:35 One of the vets said that the dog had to be separated or have no social skills.
03:39 So the owner got him another doggy friend and even put some of his mom's scent on the
03:43 new friend.
03:44 Even though this story had a lot of twists and turns, in the end, Rookie was happy and
03:49 that's what matters.
03:51 Beluga Whale Has A Crush On A Zookeeper
03:53 You know what it feels like to have a crush, right?
03:56 Your heart starts racing for no reason and you get butterflies in your stomach when you
04:00 see them.
04:01 If you know what that's like, then you surely know why this Tina here would feel jealous
04:05 when she sees her crush with his girlfriend.
04:07 But the plot twist is that Tina is actually a beluga whale.
04:11 Since these creatures are very social and like to communicate with others, she likes
04:14 to show affection to her crush by kissing him.
04:17 Tina the beluga whale lives in a zoo in South Korea where this particular zookeeper would
04:21 pay more attention to her.
04:22 When she first came here, she had a lot of trouble adjusting, so this extra attention
04:26 really helped her get comfortable.
04:28 Even though the other zookeepers took good care of her, she was always more attached
04:32 to just one cute zookeeper.
04:34 In fact, she only wants to play with her crush.
04:37 She also ignores anyone else that's not him when they're near, and sometimes even shoots
04:41 water at them.
04:42 Well, Tina, all of us can relate… except for the shooting water part.
04:47 Jane Goodall and her chimps If you know anything about chimps, then you've
04:51 probably read about Jane Goodall.
04:53 And if you hadn't, you should at least know that she's considered the world's foremost
04:56 expert on chimpanzees, especially because she did a 60-year study of social and family interactions
05:02 between wild chimps.
05:04 Jane met Wunda when she was saved from the illegal bushmeat trade.
05:08 She was separated from her family and treated awfully.
05:11 Since chimps are a lot like us, they need a family and the same love that we do.
05:16 Luckily, Jane and her staff were able to give Wunda extra care and affection for her to
05:20 get better.
05:21 Jane even performed the first chimp-to-chimp blood transfusion on her.
05:24 Wunda has spent years with Jane and her staff and has even formed deep bonds with them.
05:29 Jane even saved 50 other chimps like her, but Wunda was especially close to her heart.
05:34 When it was time to release the Wunda back into the wilderness, the most amazing thing
05:37 happened.
05:38 Jane looked around at first and then back at Jane, who had practically saved her life,
05:43 then gave her the biggest hug you could have imagined.
05:45 Animals show affection all the time, but considering the special relationship between these two,
05:50 the hug is tenfold more important.
05:53 Cat and Goose Best Friends
05:55 Usually cats and birds don't get along, but even in the animal world, there are exceptions.
06:01 Take Doo-Doo the goose and Chorok the cat as an example.
06:04 This odd duo has been friends for a long time, but Chorok has always been a little too protective
06:09 for some reason.
06:10 Usually when an animal offspring is abandoned or left behind, an animal mom adopts them,
06:15 but in this case it's nothing like that.
06:17 In fact, Doo-Doo's parents are right there.
06:19 Yet Doo-Doo likes to spend more time with Chorok, his adopted mom.
06:23 The truth is, when Doo-Doo was just an egg, his mother couldn't incubate him, so the
06:27 farmer passed it on to the chicken, who also rejected him by pecking at the egg.
06:31 On the other side of the story, Chorok had just lost her kitten after about 5-10 days.
06:37 So when Doo-Doo was born and his parents had abandoned him, Chorok was there for him.
06:42 Since the cat considered the young goose to be her child, she even treats him like that.
06:46 She's always licking her, cleaning her, and the best of all fighting for her.
06:50 One day a fellow dog came to visit Doo-Doo, but Chorok was having none of it.
06:54 Even though this kitty is adorably small, she has an intense amount of courage in her.
06:58 When she saw the dog moving towards the fluffy little bird, she attacked him right in the
07:02 face without worrying about him fighting back.
07:05 Just look at how viciously she approaches him.
07:07 The farm obviously has other animals, including geese and chickens, but they're no match
07:11 for Chorok.
07:12 She'll fight anyone.
07:14 Well, geese protect pig from being bullies.
07:17 Among a multitude of geese, there's one on one out, and it has a snout.
07:21 It's a piglet named Naldol, and she's not like the other pigs.
07:25 Usually pigs don't like to leap over barriers like dogs, but Naldol doesn't mind it at
07:30 all if she can be with her friends.
07:32 When this little piggy joined the other pigs, it was already weaker, and it even looked
07:36 different because it had a lighter fur coat.
07:38 That's why the other pigs rejected him immediately and even bullied him.
07:42 It's like high school all over again for poor Naldol.
07:44 Luckily, he didn't have to sit at the bleachers by himself because the group of geese on the
07:49 farm accepted him as their own.
07:50 In fact, he even eats with the geese while the pigs eat on the side.
07:54 And when the bullies are around, each one of the geese is on high alert in case Naldol
07:58 needs any help.
07:59 When they get too close, the birds use their beaks to bite their ears off, just like their
08:03 beaks were intended for.
08:04 Not only do they fight for this little piggy, but they also give him tiny little kisses.
08:08 Aw, who wouldn't want to have friends like these?
08:12 Man Helps Octopus And Gets Thanked Did you know that octopi are the smartest cephalopods
08:17 to exist?
08:18 Other fish might have nothing in their braids, but octopi can communicate and get out of
08:22 jars with ease.
08:23 It's no wonder when this tiny little creature approached a man when it needed help.
08:27 This octopus was helpless and out of the water, which made him even weaker to begin with.
08:31 But it mustered up the courage and still hung on to this man's shoes.
08:35 Thankfully, the man understood what the octopus was saying and scooped it up to put it back
08:38 into his home.
08:40 Once the octopus regained its strength, it held out as if to say thank you to the man.
08:44 It could have been inviting the man into its world, like Ariel.
08:48 Man Raises Pigeon For 70 Years We all love our pets, but this man has a different
08:53 passion for raising these pigeons.
08:56 And that's why he's been raising them for over seven decades.
08:59 That's not all.
09:00 Even the pigeons listen to their dad.
09:03 Just like teenage kids, these pigeons also have a curfew and need to be home whenever
09:07 their dad whistles.
09:09 Pigeons tend to be nomads and move around a lot, but these ones know where their home
09:12 is.
09:13 He's raised generations of pigeons, and now his son takes care of them as he's too
09:17 old to do so much work.
09:19 This man has seen the whole circle of life of pigeons.
09:22 In fact, one of them just hatched, and they caught it on camera.
09:25 Among the multitude of pigeons this man has raised, his favorite one is the oldest pigeon.
09:29 They have been friends for over nine years, and since he's fed this special one with
09:33 his own hand, they have a golden bond.
09:35 You might be wondering out of all birds, why the regular pigeon?
09:38 Well, that's because during the Korean War, there were many North Korean refugees.
09:42 And in the middle of all that chaos, this man only has one companion, a gray-winged
09:46 bird.
09:47 That's also when I shifted to South Korea.
09:49 Unfortunately, he can't return to his home country due to political restrictions.
09:54 The pigeon grandpa is now trying to send a letter to his hometown by traveling to the
09:59 nearest city to North Korea.
10:00 But will it work?
10:02 Even to our surprise, it did.
10:04 He was able to send a letter to his daughter-in-law.
10:06 Yet pigeon grandpa is still homesick.
10:09 He just wishes he could turn into a pigeon and fly into his home.
10:13 Kangaroo is a couch potato like his dad.
10:16 There are a lot of wonders in Australia, including their terrifyingly large spiders and gators
10:20 that pop up out of everywhere.
10:22 But Rufus is a miracle that wanted to go against the grain.
10:25 This animal is actually a huge lazy bum.
10:28 Every day at 5 or 6pm, this silly little Roo shows up and kicks on the door to be let in.
10:32 And then he sits on the couch and watches TV with his dad.
10:36 Sometimes they even cuddle.
10:37 This couple owns the Pumpkin Patch Kangaroo Sanctuary, where they give shelter to a whole
10:41 bunch of other kangaroos.
10:42 But the most dramatic one is Rufus, and it just so happens, he's also our favorite.
10:47 Leopard and Cow Thumbnail Story If a predator were lurking around your cattle,
10:52 you would lock up your cattle away or shoo the predator away, right?
10:55 Well, this story is different.
10:57 A farmer noticed that a leopard was always lurking around his farm, and he even caught
11:01 the little beast sitting near the cow.
11:03 However, there was no biting or even attacking.
11:05 The leopard would regularly visit the cow and sit down beside it.
11:08 How in the world was that possible?
11:10 Leopards usually see cows as hot, steaming meat.
11:13 To our surprise, this one saw this one cow as his mom.
11:16 The farmer had no idea that these two animals were actually very close to each other.
11:21 When the leopards were just a 20-year-old baby, his mom passed away, leaving him all
11:25 alone in the animal world.
11:26 That's when our mama cow jumped in to save the day.
11:29 She would feed him until he was all grown.
11:32 Unlikely friendships are fun to see in the world, but this one is much more than just
11:35 a friendship.
11:36 It's a bond that defies all odds.
11:39 Morris and Champy
11:41 Friends always come in all sizes and shapes, and the story of Morris and Champy is no different.
11:47 Morris is a small rescue cat who found his best friend in a rather huge horse called
11:52 Champy.
11:53 Champy the horse had never been ridden before, while Morris the rescue cat had never had
11:57 any friends before.
11:58 But as soon as Morris saw Champy, he jumped on his back and since then has been riding
12:02 him everywhere.
12:04 Cats are always discovering new ways of being lazy, and Morris just discovered a new one
12:08 as he could move around without actually moving his feet.
12:11 Must be every cat's dream.
12:13 Radamanessa the nurse cat
12:15 Sometimes experience is the best teacher, and when we go through some experiences, we
12:20 become experts and can offer advice based on what we went through.
12:24 Radamanessa is one such story.
12:26 Radamanessa is a cat who underwent treatment on an inflamed respiratory tract.
12:30 He now lives at the animal shelter, cuddling and comforting other sick animals as they
12:35 are treated.
12:36 Having gone through the same path, Radamanessa offers a caring shoulder for the other animals
12:40 to lean on.
12:41 He doesn't care if the other animal is feline or canine, for he only wants to make them
12:45 feel better.
12:46 If this doesn't melt your heart, then I don't know what will.
12:49 Now that's love from a miracle kitten.
12:52 Jake the fire pibble
12:53 As humans, we sometimes tend to downplay help offered to us and forget to say a simple thank
12:58 you.
12:59 Animals, on the other hand, can't talk, but they tend to do actions that we can comfortably
13:03 interpret as their way of saying thank you to the helping hand extended to them.
13:07 Jake is a pitful dog who was saved from a near-fatal tragedy when he was a puppy.
13:11 Bill Lindler, a South Carolina firefighter, risked his own life by walking into raging
13:16 flames of fire to save the little puppy.
13:19 Though badly injured with over 70% of his body burnt, the puppy survived and was sent
13:23 to a vet clinic.
13:24 Weeks later, Lindler dropped by the vet clinic to check on the puppy's progress, only to
13:28 find that the puppy's family had not yet come to claim him.
13:31 This was the beginning of a lifetime of friendship as Lindler saved Jake again by adopting him.
13:36 Lindler then began bringing the recovering puppy with him to his shifts at the fire station.
13:40 Jake the puppy fit in pretty well as he would greet the firefighters from their missions
13:44 and would also travel with the team to nearby schools to teach the students about fire safety.
13:49 Since then, Jake has received two new titles.
13:52 One is an honorary firefighter and the other is the official mascot for the fire department.
13:57 Alright, comment below which of these animal stories warmed your heart the most.
