02:35 because of the water loss of Ipo and Bustos Dam.

03:46 The traffic was heavy because big vehicles like trucks were also careful in crossing.

03:56 the MacArthur Highway was not accessible to vehicles in Barangay Bunlo, Bukawi, Bulacan.

04:06 There are 18 evacuation centers in Bulacan.

04:09 They have evacuated 10,000 people.
