00:02 Nothing's really changed from the spring.
00:04 We'll kind of see how the preseason goes and see
00:07 how it all shakes out and the chemistry.
00:09 It has allowed me an opportunity to bounce around a little bit
00:12 more, also with naming Quinn Temple, our chief of staff.
00:17 He's kind of taken some things off of my plate.
00:19 He's done a really good job there.
00:20 So the way that our staff's designed,
00:23 I think we have a great staff.
00:24 And it has allowed me to jump around a little bit more.
00:28 Once we get into the teeth of the season,
00:30 I just-- I know how it's going to go, probably, for me.
00:34 I'm going to end up being right involved with it again.
00:36 But that being said, as the season wears on,
00:38 I have to be conscious this year of not getting too locked
00:41 into the offense and making sure that I have a handle on everything
00:44 that's going on.
00:45 And I think certainly Brian running the offense
00:48 and being a part of that, and Justin Frye with the O-line,
00:51 some of the other additions we've had to the staff
00:53 will allow us to do that.
00:55 Couple of things, Mike.
00:56 One, I saw the Burrow thing.
00:57 Two players came over to his aid.
00:59 The rest of them just stood there and stared at him
01:01 while he was laying in a heap on the field.
01:04 No one did anything.
01:05 It was unbelievable.
01:07 Secondly, my buddy's kid is going to Ohio State.
01:11 Now, the story goes, the kid wanted to go to Wisconsin.
01:15 Didn't get in.
01:16 But he got into Ohio State.
01:18 And he's going to Ohio State.
01:20 And the kid's bummed out about it.
01:21 And I saw the kid at a party.
01:22 And I said, listen, kid.
01:24 Let me give you some advice.
01:26 I know you're good friends with my son.
01:28 So would it be all right if I gave you some good advice?
01:30 He goes, please.
01:31 Anything.
01:32 I said, I vomited within four hours of going to Columbus.
01:35 It is way more fun than Madison.
01:37 I never vomited there.
01:39 I just didn't have as good a time in Madtown
01:41 as I had in Columbus.
01:43 I was there less than four hours in the towers,
01:45 completely naked, vomiting out a window.
01:47 You're going to love it in Columbus.
01:48 It is a party from day one until you leave.
01:52 And remember, try to go five years, not four.
01:55 You're going to love Ohio State.
01:57 You're going to absolutely have the time of your life.
01:59 You have nothing to be sad about that you're not
02:02 going to Wisconsin like all your other femmy friends.
02:05 Go do your own thing.
02:06 And hurl on your own in Columbus.
02:08 You're going to love it.
02:09 I did it.
02:09 You'll do it.
02:10 Everybody's happy.
02:12 Remember, it's the Ohio State University.
02:17 The Ohio State University.
02:19 We got to make sure that we get that right.
02:21 Here's the problem for Ryan this coming year.
02:25 Like we said, the tables have turned,
02:27 and he suddenly can't beat Michigan anymore.
02:29 Jim has gotten him the last two years,
02:31 and it doesn't seem like that's going to change.
02:33 And he's had good quarterbacks the last few years.
02:36 I mean, he went from fields into CJ Stroud.
02:39 Like, I don't know if he's got that this year.
02:42 I mean, I don't think he still knows
02:44 who his quarterback's going to be.
02:45 What a shame.
02:46 He's got his kid Kyle McCord, Devin Brown.
02:48 You know, these are the guys that they're trying to mix in.
02:52 Well, yeah, exactly.
02:53 And you know, they're not getting the juice
02:57 that we saw fields and Stroud get the last few years.
03:01 So that could be something to watch as well,
03:04 the quarterback play for Ohio State.
03:07 (upbeat music)
