00:27 - Obviously it's varied a bit by bit over the years,
00:29 but on the whole pretty good.
00:31 And we're lucky that we have got pretty reliable buses.

00:34 - Because that's fundamentally important.
00:36 And obviously I support the intention
00:39 to bring them back into public ownership.
00:42 Though we might have an even better service
00:44 dictated by private needs.
00:47 - I haven't been on a bus in Leeds for about 30 years.
00:51 - Is there a reason for that?
00:52 Have you heard bad things or is it--
00:54 - Simply because it's easier to drive or get a taxi.
00:59 And at least, you know, the one time
01:02 I didn't take the car, didn't bring the car into Leeds,
01:07 we were going to the theater and we came on the bus.
01:11 And when we came out to catch a bus out,
01:13 the first three that came were stopping at the station
01:16 and that's as far as they were going.
01:18 So we waited for about an hour to get a bus
01:21 that was a 10 minute service.
01:23 So we never used that bus service again, right?
01:25 They come by car or by taxi.
01:29 Or friends come and we'll let them use their car.
