00:05 Some very sad news to start off with as police have confirmed a teenager has died in hospital
00:10 after a stabbing in West Sussex.
00:12 Sussex Police said a 17-year-old boy died in hospital after suffering life-threatening
00:16 injuries following an assault in Marshes Road in Warnham near Horsham.
00:20 The incident happened in the early hours of Sunday morning.
00:23 The boy's family have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers, police
00:26 said.
00:27 Two 16-year-old boys were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
00:30 One has now been re-arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody at this time.
00:35 The other is now being treated as a witness and will face no further action.
00:39 Police said a 16-year-old girl and a 52-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of insisting
00:43 an offender.
00:45 The woman has been released on conditional bail and the girl remains in custody at this
