Complaints commission accused of insufficient action on NDIS complaints

Some NDIS participants are claiming their complaints to the scheme's watchdog are being poorly handled. The safety and quality commission assessed about 15 thousand complaints over a 12-month period. Advocates say the data shows they're too weak on enforcement.
