On July 23, Uttar Pradesh Minister of State for Women Development and Child Nutrition, Pratibha Shukla said stop eating tomatoes amid rising prices. Shukla advised people to plant tomatoes at home. She added that they are expensive all the time and if you do not eat tomatoes then use lemon, whatever is more expensive, discard it. Shukla said it will automatically become cheap.
