00:10 There are various reports of heavy rain in some parts of Luzon and Visayas due to the storm Egay and the low winds.

00:16 According to the forecast, the Katanduanes and Camarines Sur were hit by a yellow rainfall warning.

00:21 Residents were alerted from the Bantanang Baha or the landslide.

00:25 The rainfall advisory was increased in the eastern summer, southern and southern portions of Negros Oriental.

00:32 The forecast said it would last until 8 this morning.

00:36 Aside from the rainfall warning, many places in Luzon and Visayas were hit by the wind signal due to the storm Egay.

00:43 The Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 was increased in the southeastern portion of Isabela and the northeastern portion of Katanduanes.

00:50 The weather forecast said it would be very cold in the area within 24 hours.

00:55 The Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 was increased in Batanes, Cagayan, and the Babayon Islands.

00:59 The rest of the areas were hit by the storm Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayau, Calinga, Abra, Mountain Province, Ifugao, and Benguet.

01:07 The Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 was also increased in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, northern portion of Pangasinan, Aurora,

01:20 Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, rest of Katanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, and Masbate.

01:27 The Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 was also increased in Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, Samar, and Biliran.
