00:00 Welcome to Drivespark, my name is Vedant Jowari and today we're at the Kadim Motor Speedway
00:11 in Coimbatore testing out the new TVS EuroGrip Roadhound tyres.
00:28 So, we went to the TVS EuroGrip manufacturing facility in Shishichakra in Madurai to see
00:34 how these tyres were manufactured.
00:36 It's a four compound tyre and it's gone through extensive testing not only in India but abroad
00:41 as well to come out with honestly one of the greatest tyres I've tried out.
00:45, so we got to try out these tyres today on various different types of bikes, for
01:05 example this one, the Ninja 650 on a Kawasaki Z650, on the Penelli TRK and the Leoncino
01:13 Honda CBR650F and the Harley Davidson Street Road.
01:18 Honestly, with the wide variety of vehicles, the tyres performed beautifully throughout
01:31 and it was a uniform performance, it didn't perform better on one bike or worse on one bike.
01:37 So, the front tyre comes in one size which is a 120/70 and the rear tyres come in two
01:49 sizes either a 160/60 or a 180/55 and it's only made for the performance vehicles.
01:57 So while testing out these tyres, Kadim Motor Speedway is a very technical track and it's
02:02 the perfect place to try it out, from leaning into one corner and into another corner, down
02:07 the main straight, everything, there was no sliding of the tyre, there was nothing at
02:12 all, not only the sliding, even on hard braking when your front drops down, you don't feel
02:18 any wiggle of the front tyre, it's just planted to the ground and you can immediately trail
02:24 brake into the corner without thinking twice and the tyres will take whatever you give it.
02:30 So, these are steel radial tyres and you can see the deep treads in here which honestly
02:43 not only make it amazing for the dry track but when you're riding on wet roads, it'll
02:49 easily push the water away from the tyre, reducing the chances of aquaplaning and losing
02:54 control of the bike. It was honestly a great feeling to ride with these tyres on the track
02:59 and it gave us a huge sense of confidence. So this is Vedhan Johari from Dry Sparks,
03:03 signing out.
