Will the Dodgers reach out to the Chicago White Sox at the 2023 trade deadline?
Transcript
00:00 The MLB trade deadline is almost here and the Dodgers have been linked to the Chicago
00:03 White Sox for quite some time.
00:05 While there are tons of players from the White Sox the Dodgers could benefit from grabbing,
00:08 I'm going to list three who could take this Dodgers team to a World Series contender level.

00:19 The first guy I want to talk about is a bullpen arm.
00:21 As you know, the Dodgers need some help in the bullpen and Kendall Graveman could fill
00:25 that role.
00:26 Graveman's ERA has hovered around three all year and he would be a solid high leverage
00:29 option and especially help come postseason time.
00:32 The second guy I want to talk about is someone you've heard a lot and that's Mr. Lucas
00:35 Gialito.
00:36 Gialito is from Los Angeles and went to Harvard Westlake High School and grew up a Dodger
00:40 fan.
00:41 He's likely to be the top starting pitcher traded this deadline and the Dodgers have
00:44 the pieces to get him along with some other players from the White Sox.
00:47 Gialito has had an up and down year but the former All-Star could benefit from a change
00:51 of scenery and in LA he'd be very happy to help them for a postseason run.
00:55 And the last guy on this list is a budding superstar in Luis Robert Jr.
00:59 He has the potential to be the best player moved at the deadline as he's still just
01:02 25 years old and is under team control through 2026.
01:06 Luis Robert has been raking all year for the White Sox en route to making an All-Star team
01:10 and he could be a huge addition for the Dodgers not only for this year but for the foreseeable
01:14 future.
01:15 If the Dodgers wanted to make a splash, Luis Robert would be that guy.
