A rampaging goose caused chaos on a university campus after it took over a walkway and attacked students as they walked past.

Students at Fordham University in New York City, USA, were forced to avoid the walkway altogether due to the angry bird attacks.

Video, from the Rose Hill campus, shows the aggressive goose attacking several students, sending them fleeing in fear.

One student said: "I met a few people who were extremely scared. They were saying, ‘This isn’t people being dramatic about some goose on campus.

"It’s a serious problem and people are getting affected physically and mentally."

A tactical unit, dubbed 'Geese Relief, was drafted in to curb the goose attacks on students - with the angry bird seemingly leaving the campus.
