Learn To Make 'Biryani Arancini Balls' at home with Chef Prateek Dhawan

Ingredients-
2-3 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
1 Onion (chopped)
1 Tomato (chopped)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Seed Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Biryani Masala
Water (as required)
Chichen (shredded)
Salt (as required)
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Water (as required)
1 cup Rice (cooked)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Mint Leaves (chopped)
Cheese (grated)
Cheese (grated)
All Purpose Flour
Egg (whisked)
Breadcrumbs
Oil
(for deep frying)

00:10 who's going to show you a delicious Indian appetiser with an Italian twist called Biryani
00:14 Arancini.
00:15 So let's start cooking.
00:21 To begin the recipe, first we'll make a quick biryani.
00:24 For that, I'm going to switch on the gas.
00:26 Add oil.
00:28 As the oil starts to get hot, I'm going to add cumin seeds.
00:31 With that, I'm going to add chopped garlic, chopped ginger.
00:36 Saute them for a few minutes.
00:38 As the colour starts changing, I'm going to add chopped onion.
00:42 Cook the onion for a few minutes till it starts changing its colour.
00:47 As the colour of the onion starts to change, I'm going to add chopped tomato.
00:51 I'm going to cook till they are soft and mushy.
00:59 The tomato is soft and mushy, now at this stage I'm going to add turmeric, red chilli
01:04 powder, coriander powder, garam masala, biryani masala.
01:15 Now let's mix this all together.
01:19 With this dish, I'll lower the heat, add a little water so the masala doesn't burn.
01:24 And cook for at least 2-3 minutes.
01:27 The rawness of masala is gone, now I'm going to add shredded chicken.

01:41 After sautéing the chicken for a few minutes, now I'm going to add salt, black pepper.
