00:29 Tell me something about how it was slow and how you were looking for people to come in.
00:33 I had posted on Instagram a video just saying I had $2,000 in the bank.

00:39 I was behind.
00:40 My taxes are behind.
00:41 Payroll is behind.
00:42 And I was just like, what do I do?
00:43 I can't close my business.
00:44 I love what I do.
00:46 And then all of a sudden, other small businesses in the Valley started messaging me saying,
00:50 hey, thanks for being transparent.
00:51 We're feeling the same way.
00:53 We're behind on our taxes or we can't pay our payroll.
00:56 And I was just like, what's happening?
00:58 Why is this occurring right now?
00:59 And you know, the interest rates are up.
01:02 Gas prices were super high and it's hot as heck out there.
01:05 And I think people have just forgotten about small business now that we've gotten past,
01:09 you know, the pandemic and everything.
01:10 Yeah.
01:11 And I think the other thing is too, and I don't want to knock it because there's some
01:13 small business that do use Amazon, but I think a lot of people, you know, we had Prime Day
01:18 turn to that and forget there's brick and mortar out there.
01:21 Even there's small business that are online right in their own backyard that don't use
01:24 Amazon, but they still can get those great shipments.
01:27 They can still get those great deals like you guys.
01:29 This is awesome here.
01:30 All the different things you do here, especially the kids are at home looking to give them
01:33 a little treat or they're getting ready to go back to school.
01:36 So why not s'mores?

01:40 So we make our own s'mores in shop also.

01:45 We have our cupcakes in our shop in Gilbert.

02:17 And that's what we're talking about, the small business coming together.
02:19 I do like how you said you were transparent to everybody.
02:22 I think that's very important when you have a small business.

02:25 Because you do want to see it grow, you want to go on, but I think some people hide behind
02:28 their problems and I think that's where they fail.
02:29 Instead of bringing them to the forefront.
02:31 So someone probably called you and said, "Hey, let me help you out.
02:33 Let me talk to you.
02:34 Let's do this."
02:35 Yeah, they did, actually.
02:36 And that's the whole thing.
02:37 And business working together.
02:38 I think small business owners are just so prideful.
02:39 Like we want to build this and it's such a foundation of our personalities and who we
02:43 are that when we want to ask for help, it's hard for us to do so.

03:12 We're going to take it an extra notch with the cookie dough in the middle.

03:23 I brown it, but we do have customers come in and they're like, burn it, like make it

03:32 And I do recommend this is that you either get one of these cool little torches that
03:35 they use for food and not like the blowtorch or even the gas that you use camping or just
03:40 get regular firewood.

04:27 shipping and like put your orders in, but once it hits one 10, we can start shipping

04:32 But we do ship with thermal shield and ice packs and it will get to, we ship within two
04:35 to three day priority through USPS, but we do ship.

04:40 So these are like your moon pies, but we call these Mallow pies.
