00:22 in at joint second, with those apps being used by 25% of the age group. Topics for interest
00:28 for this age range included sports or sports personalities, music, news or singers, celebrities
00:34 or famous people and serious things going on in the UK. The report also revealed that
00:39 roughly 68% of UK adults use online sources for news, compared with just 26% for physical
00:45 newspapers. Overall, the most popular platform for news remains the TV, with 70% of adults
00:51 turning to this medium to find out about current events.
