00:15 The allocation was reduced because the operating level of Ipo and Lamesa Dam is now above the normal

00:22 which could be affected by the continuous rain.

00:26 Because of the high level of Ipo and Lamesa Dam, MWSS expects that the water service interruption of Manila this week will remain suspended.
