along with his husband to testify that Spacey
was not in attendance at an annual gala ball
at the couple's Windsor home.
Spacey's accuser claims that the Oscar
winning actor attacked him in a car.
Spacey has pleaded not guilty to
a dozen charges that include counts
of both sexual and indecent assault.
One of Spacey's accusers said that the incident
occurred while he was driving the actor to
the White Tie & Tiara Ball in 2004 or 2005. .
