Glasgow chef Julie Lin on her ‘can-paign’ to reduce food waste

Julie Lin, co-founder of renowned Glasgow restaurant Gaga is on a pun inspired can-paign to end food waste, in partnership with Zero Waste Scotland.

We caught up with her at TRNSMT 2023 where she was giving away free pots of food, the recipes of which were designed around ingredients that comes from tins.
