Cost of living crisis sees more cases of animal neglect

Animal welfare organisations across the country are seeing more people struggling to look after their pets, and in some situations, more cases of animal cruelly. Groups such as the RSPCA are trying to find new ways to help people look after their pets, before it's too late.
