Shared by Temidayo Durodola, this comforting video shows him working on a drawing that, in his own words, portrays a person "with the serenity to accept the things they cannot change, the courage to change the things they can, and the wisdom to know the difference."
Temidayo happens to be an introvert and perfectionist who struggles with anxiety. So, this brilliant painting means much more to him than just a flawless piece of art.
"I had to learn that there are just some things that are out of my control, and in order to be at peace with myself, I’d have to focus on the things I can control," he added.
