Fox News just named its host Jesse Watters to take over Tucker Carlson's old primetime slot. Vanity Fair contributing editor Brian Stelter says he's not surprised by the network's pick. Watters’ rise in popularity goes back to his early days working as a production assistant on Bill O'Reilly's show when he was 24. The announcement comes two months after Carlson was fired by Fox News.
