What precautions should Hajj Umrah pilgrims take in case of extreme heat and stroke?

Shift in cool or shadow areas
Sprinkle or pour water on the body
especially watering the head, face & neck
Lie or sit before fan or air conditioned area
Water, drinks or liquid intake
Health or Emergency Medical Centers

Precautions to avoid heat or sun
Avoid to move out in peak time of sunlight
Cover your head or neck
Handkerchief, cap or umbrella may be helpful regarding it
Don't wear silky, thick or warm but light or cotton cloths
Wear light colored garments instead of dark ones
Use eye glasses (sun glasses)
Increase water, drinks or liquid intake
Pass your most time in open, airy, fan or AC places
Wet some clothes in water and place on your neck, face & head from time to time when you are outside in a sunny area
Water spraying or sprinkling bottles will be helpful for you & others
Check weather or temperature forecast before planning to move out
