Bill to legalise personal use introduced in three states

Pro Cannabis MPs have launched a coordinated push to legalise the drug for recreation in three states. The proposed law in Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia would allow adults to grow the plant legally and possess a small amount for personal use.
