Kaadai (ullan) is also know as Quail. Quail meat helps us to boost our immune system and it contains multiple vitamins like (A,D,K & B). Here we have prepared this quail roast with our own ingredients and cooking style. Kindly refer the below mentioned ingredients for tasty kaadai fry @timetocookasmr
Ingredients
For masala preparation
1. Coriander seeds - 1 & 1/2 Table spoon
2. Fennel seeds - 1 Table spoon
3. Cumin seeds - 1/2 Table spoon
4. Pepper - 1/2 Table spoon
5. Black stone flower - 3 or 4 in pieces
6. Cinnamon stick - 2 (medium size)
7. Jathipathri - 1
8. cardamom - 2
9. Cloves - 3
10. Star anise - 1
For masala mixing and marination
11. Grinded masala
12. Corn flour - 2 Table spoon
13. Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 & 1/2 Table spoon
14. Turmeric powder - 1 T spoon
15. Ginger garlic paste - 1&1/2 Table spoon
16. Salt - 3/4 Table spoon
17. Half Lemon - juice
18. Oil - 2 Table spoon
19. Quail (Kaadai) - 4 in pieces
For cooking
20. Cooking oil
22. Curry leaves (for flavoring)
