00:00 Alright, today we're going to be making a cake, a white cake, and these are the ingredients
00:07 you will need. We have 1/3 cup of vegetable oil, 1 1/4 cup of water, some chocolate syrup,
00:19 light, and some chocolate with icing. And then the cake batter, a bowl, and yeah.
00:30 And these are optional, you don't have to use those, but we're going to experiment.
00:37 And then you will also need 3 eggs. We are going to put some M&Ms in ours. We're going
00:45 to put some candles on top. You will need a pan, this is for baking, to spray your pans.
00:56 And we're going to put some peanut butter on it. We have some pink icing to decorate.
01:03 And we're going to crumble some pecan chocolate chip supreme cookies. It's going to be a very
01:11 interesting cake. And now we have to pour all of the ingredients in and then stir them
01:18 together. And also make sure you preheat the oven for 350 degrees for a shiny metal or
01:27 glass pan and 325 degrees for a dark or non-stick pan. So now pour the batter, like so. Pour
01:44 the water and the vegetable oil. Then crack the eggs. Nice and light. And put all of that
02:06 in. Then make sure you have paper towels with you so you can wash your hands. And then if
02:17 you want you can do what we do and we're going to put our M&Ms in. And then you stir it.
02:22 As you can see we've added food coloring because we're crazy like that. We added like 10 drops
02:28 of red and then like 5 drops of blue. And it's kind of like... And Maddie's trying to
02:35 mix with two spoons. It's like purplish. We were going to make it pink but then Emily
02:41 wanted to add some blue so we did but it looks pretty awesome. And make sure the cake batter
02:48 is nice and smooth like this. Make sure all the powdery chunks are out but don't over
02:53 mix it. We might have over mixed it but should we add a little more red? Yeah. It's looking
02:58 a little bit blue. We're going to add some more red and it looks really cool when you
03:04 add it. It looks like blood. Oh look at those dots. Hi Andrew! There they do. Oh see look
03:13 at how cool that looks. It looks like vampire cake. Okay that's probably enough to add another
03:19 layer of cake. Yeah and then mix it like that. And after you pour it in the pan. And we added
03:27 our M&M's. Oh they're on the bottom. They look sunk. Some of them melted which is kind
03:33 of weird but oh well. And now our cake looks kind of ugly because of you. Just kidding.
03:41 It looks beautiful. It's all good. So yeah keep mixing, keep pouring. Peace out. We put
03:50 more food coloring and we made it kind of a magenta color because we added a bunch of
03:54 red. Did you even dry them? Oh no. These are the pans we're using. They're like floppy
04:02 so we can get the cakes out easily. It's going to be layered and in the middle we're going
04:07 to add the peanut butter and it's going to look really awesome. So make sure you spray
04:14 the pans with this Pam. Yeah you got to spray it with the Pam. Or butter works. But Pam
04:25 is better. And spray. Not too much this time. Ew that looks cool. Make sure you get the
04:38 sides so nothing sticks. And get the other ones. Oh no. What? I thought it was coming
04:58 off. We're having like a cough fit here. It's still in my lungs. Okay. Try not to die while
05:11 you're spraying it. And then we're going to pour the cake into it. So Maddie why don't
05:16 you do one. Okay stop it. Sorry for that coughing incident. We got some sprite. Still got some
05:28 coughing. Anyways now we pour it in. Make sure you have enough for both the finger jigs.
05:36 Like that. And if you're doing a layered cake make sure you even it out unless you want
05:41 one bigger than the other. I'm going to pour some in the other one so I can even it out.
05:49 Okay. Now we have to take them out of the oven. Okay. And that's what they should look
06:12 like. I think. I don't know. I might have left them in too long but they look pretty
06:19 good. And now they have to cool for a while. Like 30 minutes or something. Because otherwise
06:28 they're going to take it out very crumbly. So yeah. Let them cool. Okay so we've taken
06:33 it out of the oven. And this is one that we already took out of the blue thing. And that's
06:39 the other one. Now we're going to take the peanut butter and spread it out on this and
06:45 then put some cookie crumbs. And then we're going to have to put the other layer on top.
06:51 This will be the middle layer. Yeah. That's what it looks like. It turned out very nice.
06:57 It's nice and even. Those are the eminence. The color came off. Yeah so now we are going
07:02 to put some peanut butter on. So nice. Now we spread the peanut butter and put the cookie
07:14 crumbs on it. And that's how it looks. And now we're going to put the top layer on. So
07:19 yeah we're going to do that right now. Okay. Our cake is finally finished. This is the
07:25 finished product. It looks very nice. What we did is we added all the things inside.
07:34 We added the top layer here. We covered it in chocolate icing. Put the M&Ms around. And
07:42 you can see that there's no icing here. It's the pink cake. And we put some pink polka
07:50 dots around it. Then we added a pink flower to top it off. And it looks very good. And
07:59 here's a little model of it. It's heavy. And it looks very satisfying. So there's the cake.
08:12 And hope yours turns out pretty great too. Like ours. Ours is the best. Just kidding.
08:18 Shouldn't we be on Ultimate Cake Off? We should. Very much so.
