Pete Davidson officially charged with reckless driving after crashing his Mercedes into a Beverly Hills home forcing it to be DEMOLISHED

Pete Davidson has been officially charged with reckless driving after crashing his Mercedes into a Beverly Hills home earlier this year, it has been revealed.

The Saturday Night Live star was charged with one count of reckless driving on Friday by the L.A. Country District Attorney's Office, TMZ reports.

Davidson, 29, was driving the vehicle through the Flats neighborhood of Beverley Hills on Saturday March 4 around 11pm at 'high speed' when he lost control of the car.

His girlfriend Chase Sui Wonders was also in the vehicle.

The Mercedes jumped the curb and hit a fire hydrant before it crashed into the side of a nearby house, law enforcement said.

The home had to subsequently be completely demolished due to the crash impact and the homes foundation was taken down to ground zero, pictures have revealed.
