00:00 Hey everyone, this is Jen from From Head to Toe and today I have another inspired look
00:07 to share with you.
00:08 This look is inspired by Dara from 2NE1's music video for "Clap Your Hands".
00:13 So I was really inspired by this look because Dara had her signature black eyeliner, but
00:19 this time it had a little bit of a twist.
00:21 She had bright red lips in the scene where all four girls are sort of acting like red
00:25 and white ninjas.
00:27 So I really love this look and I hope you guys do too.

00:33 To start off, I already put on BB cream on my face.
00:36 This is the Skin79 Triple Functions BB Cream in Hot Pink.
00:41 I also put MAC Blot Powder in Medium Dark on my face.
00:46 And the reason I use Medium Dark is because it's not that dark.
00:49 The Blot Powder seemed to run really light, so I actually matched the Medium Dark color.
00:54 Start off using Urban Decay Primer Potion all over the lids.
00:58 And you're going to want this on above and below your lash line because the look calls
01:04 for a lot of eyeliner.
01:08 So I'm going to take kind of a big floppy brush.
01:10 This is the Makeup Show H15 brush.
01:13 And I'm going to take this color from the Urban Decay Naked Palette.
01:17 This first one called Virgin.
01:19 And I'm actually going to put that sort of on the center of my eyelids.
01:27 Just to make a slightly lighter wash of color there.
01:30 And I'm also going to use that right on the brow bone.
01:39 Next I'm going to apply some contouring color to my eyes.
01:42 I'm going to use this matte brownish color called Buck right here.
01:47 And I think a matte shadow is kind of good because it doesn't stand out too much.
01:51 So just use that on the outer corner.
01:58 Bring the color in into sort of a V shape.
02:00 It's going to go down here and down here.
02:04 Just sort of blend that into that part that goes in under your brow bone.
02:14 The color is still going to be looking pretty natural.
02:32 And I'm just using the Sonia Kashuk round blending brush.
02:36 It's one of my favorite brushes for blending.
02:38 So what I'm going to do is I'm taking Urban Decay's 24/7 pencil in Zero.
02:44 And I'm going to line a lot.
02:47 Like around the upper lash line, the bottom lash line, and both water lines.
03:07 I'm going to add in the wing later with some liquid eyeliner.
03:10 So I'm not going to do it too crazy quite yet.
03:26 Next, I'm taking a liquid eyeliner.
03:45 This is the Dolly Wing pen liner.
03:48 And I'm just going to go over this to make it really really black and to give it a pretty
03:53 sharp wing at the end.
04:03 You also want to make the line thicker on the outer half than the inner half.
04:08 But she wears her liner very very thick.
04:11 So you can sort of modify it to your own eye shape.
04:14 Whatever thickness of line looks really thick on you is what you're going to want to do.
04:30 She also extends the black of that line underneath her eye quite a bit.
04:35 It goes from about halfway where the wing is.
04:39 Make that sort of hit in the middle of where my eye is at the bottom.
05:00 Next I'm going to smoke out that line a little bit with the NYX single eyeshadow in black
05:06 right here.
05:07 And I'm using the Makeup Show 5E05 brush.
05:12 Just a really really little eyeshadow brush.
05:15 All you need is a really matte pigmented black.
05:19 Not a whole lot but just to make that edge a little bit softer.
05:42 And this time you're going to want to bring that all the way into the inner corner.
05:53 The shape you want to make down here is if this goes down at this angle and then this
05:58 part should go straight across.
06:00 Alright the next step I'm going to do is I'm going to apply false eyelashes.
06:04 First I'm going to curl my lashes.
06:13 I'm using the waterproof lash grip adhesive in the dark tone.
06:18 Now I'm going to apply some false eyelashes.
06:20 I'm using number 38.
06:22 This is from Pretty and Cute.
06:24 I'm taking one of these and I'm going to cut it in half and use them as half lashes on
06:28 the outer corners of my eyes.
06:35 So I put on my half lashes and then I'm just going to go over it with some mascara.
06:39 So I'm using the Majolica Majorca lash expander frame plus.
06:52 Next I'm going to apply some bronzer.
06:54 This is with Stila's bronzing powder in shade 01.
06:59 I'm just going to contour my cheeks a little bit.
07:03 So just take it and apply this right underneath where your cheekbone is.
07:11 You want it to look pretty natural.
07:15 And go up toward where your temple is a little bit.
07:22 And this is using the Makeup Show 22B01 brush.
07:26 It's sort of like a fluffy angle brush.
07:28 And then for lips what I'm going to do is I'm going to fill in all of my lips using
07:33 this lip pencil.
07:34 This is the NYX lip pencil in LPL20+ red.
07:39 So line them first and then fill in the color.
07:43 Be very careful with this because it will help you be precise.
07:58 Now I'm just going to fill that in with NYX lipstick, round lipstick in Snow White.
08:03 It's sort of like a deep red.
08:14 Now you can apply that from the tube and then what I like doing is taking a brush and perfecting
08:19 the edges.
08:21 But you can also apply it straight from the brush too if you'd like.
08:37 Now I'm just going to groom my eyebrows really quick.
08:40 I don't want to add really any much additional color since the brows aren't really a huge
08:45 focus for this look.
08:47 So I'm just brushing them out, brush them up for the first half and down for the second
08:52 half.
08:57 And I'm done!
