Processing your own garlic!

There are so many ways to process and preserve this wonderful herb/veggie. Most people use just the bulb and compost the greens. But the greens are useful as well. I use them mainly in garlic powder, and save the bulbs for something else. If I do not have any cloves to plant for next year, I usually just process it all. This year, I am going to make BLACK garlic. It is not cooked, it is not burnt. It is a totally different process, and is used in many things (my fave is black garlic butter for garlic toast). That will be a progressive video and will start the process shortly.

Always, if you can, grow your ingredients. You never know what they are putting in our food!
