02:08 But it also means that you will have to apply a few coats to get the perfect intensity

02:50 I'm not sure if it's a limited edition one or if it's gonna be for Christmas or something because it is full of glitter like
02:56 Gold glitter so the application is a little bit gritty when to apply it, but it's not like over-the-top
03:01 It just gives you a little bit of a pearl finish
03:03 I feel like these are a nice way to wear a bright lip if you're not used to it or if you have small lips
03:08 And you feel like it's too much to wear like a matte lipstick or a very very bright one
03:11 These are like an easy way to start won't be too much
03:14 You can apply just one layer if you are not comfortable with the full opacity
03:17 And then you can just build it up until you feel confident enough to wear it full on so overall they are not
03:23 Personally my favorite lipstick from elf. I do prefer their matte lip colors, but this is just a personal choice
03:28 I usually prefer matte finishes if you do like a creamier
03:31 Moisturizing lipstick and you like something that is more sheer then these lipsticks would be great for you, so that's it guys
