00:18 Hey guys, welcome to my channel. Today's video is going to be an everyday drugstore makeup tutorial.
00:24 This right here is me on an everyday basis. The messy bun, the neutral eye, the mauve-y lip.
00:31 Yes. (snaps)
00:32 It's gonna be simple. I did add lashes. If you don't like lashes, do not add them. Make this tutorial your own.
00:39 I did ask you guys on Instagram, "What do you guys want to see from me?"
00:43 Give me video requests and a lot of requests were a neutral look, an everyday makeup tutorial look.
00:49 And then I got a lot of requests for Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette tutorials, semi-sweet and the original.
00:55 So if you guys do want to see more tutorials with the semi-sweet palette or the original chocolate bar palette,
01:02 please comment down below.
01:04 Let me know what you want to see. Sometimes it's hard for a girl to know, you know?
01:08 I'm just popping off the stuff off the top of my head that I think you guys would like to see.
01:12 I did every single thing on my face with drugstore makeup, including these eyebrows.
01:16 Oh, right here. Yes. I found a new product by NYX that I love, which we'll get into in just a minute.
01:22 What else do I need to tell you guys?
01:24 (sighs)
01:25 The mailman came and he just delivered some packages.
01:27 (laughs)
01:29 Enough blabbering from me. We're gonna get started on this tutorial.
01:32 And if you want to learn how to create this everyday makeup, well then please just keep watching.
01:36 (snaps)
01:36 We are gonna begin this tutorial like any other with priming our skin before we apply our foundation.
01:45 I definitely recommend trying out a primer.
01:48 Um, I am loving this prime, Master Prime by Maybelline.
01:51 I think it's awesome and definitely helps with the longevity of your foundation.
01:55 Now we'll go into my favorite drugstore foundation right now,
01:58 and it is the Maybelline Fit Me, the Matte Poreless.
02:02 I don't really notice that it helps with the pores, but I definitely notice that it has amazing coverage.
02:08 It does stay matte, it blends out nicely, and it is very buildable.
02:12 And I just love this foundation. It's my favorite drugstore foundation right now.
02:16 Then we'll go in with this new pomade from NYX.
02:19 First, what I like to do is, um, with this NYX brow pencil in brunette,
02:23 I like to just draw out the bottom half. That way I don't bring down the pomade too low.
02:28 And then I'll start with the pomade, building up what little eyebrow I have.
02:32 And I'll just add a little bit extra to make them a little bit thicker than they actually are.
02:36 Some people absolutely hate this, but I have to do it. I'm sorry, guys.
02:41 Next, I'll go in with my favorite drugstore eye primer.
02:43 This stuff is at Balm.com if you're looking for an affordable eye primer.
02:47 This one is by Milani.
02:49 And I'm just going to smooth this all the way from the brow bone down to my eyelid.
02:53 And I dumped my foundation out all over my shirt and completely ruined it. Yay.
02:57 Next, I'll go in with these Milani Bella eyeshadows.
03:00 This one is Bella Cafe, and I'm just using this as a transition shade with a Sigma E40 brush.
03:06 This brush is awesome to blend out, um, especially the transition shade.
03:10 And this is also going to help us have a smooth look and blend out all the other colors we're going to use.
03:14 Next, we'll go in with Bella Taupe.
03:17 I did have to work with this color to get it to show up.
03:20 Like, I had to load this color up on the tip of my brush because the first two times using it,
03:26 I couldn't get it to show up, and I was a little disappointed.
03:28 But once I basically dug my brush into the color, I really started to show--
03:33 It really started to show up, and the color started to build.
03:35 This is an E25 brush from Sigma, and I'm working this right into the crease to give us depth.
03:41 And then you'll see me blend it on the outer V area, which we'll go in and touch that up a little bit later.
03:46 This is the main color to this look, and I love the Taupe color, but like I said, it was hard to show up.
03:51 Next, I'll go in with Bella Champagne, which is a beautiful pink-toned shimmery color.
03:55 And I'm just using a flat synthetic brush to pack this onto the lid.
03:59 I didn't wet this color or anything. It showed up so well.
04:02 The Bella eyeshadows by Milani are hit and misses. I think some are amazing, some just don't come off that easily.
04:09 Like I said, it's a hit and miss.
04:11 But now we're going to blend out a little bit more of that Bella Taupe color in the outer V area,
04:15 like I said I would, just to build it back up where we covered it up some with the Bella Champagne color.
04:20 This is just going to give us a nice, soft, faded look on the outer corner of our eye,
04:24 and it's also going to help make our eyes look a little bit more wide.
04:30 Now I'll go in with Bella Ivory, and I'm going to apply this to the brow bone.
04:34 Actually, this color showed up big time too. At first I was like, "Whoa, holy cow."
04:39 And then I just blended it out, and it looked really awesome on the brow bone.
04:43 Great brow bone color, you guys.
04:45 Now I'm going to apply my favorite drugstore concealer.
04:50 I'm using a lot of favorite products in this video, but hey, why not?
04:53 This is the Master Conceal by Maybelline, and I use the color Light.
04:57 This definitely provides strong coverage.
05:00 Well, as far as for me, my dark circles, it really covered them really well.
05:04 I was very impressed with this. This isn't the first time I was using this.
05:07 I've done other tutorials using it, but I love it. It's kind of a go-to for me,
05:11 and I just blend this out with a little Morphe stippling brush here,
05:14 and I'm also going to clean up that outer edge where the eyeshadow came out a little far.
05:18 Now this was my first time using my NYX contour palette, and I did go in with the shade Banana
05:22 because I ran out of my Anastasia Banana color, and I was like, "Oh, I'm going to have to go in
05:26 with the Anastasia Banana color," and this is a drugstore makeup tutorial,
05:29 and I liked it okay, but I haven't used the other colors yet,
05:32 so it's hard for me to say if I really like the palette.
05:36 Next, I'm going to go in with my Physicians Formula Favorite Bronze Booster,
05:39 another favorite product. I know, you guys. I'm a little crazy in this video,
05:43 but I'm just going to blend this on the cheekbones just to warm up my skin,
05:47 and I'm also going to go ahead and bring it up to the forehead area,
05:50 and then I also add just a little bit down the sides of my nose.
05:53 This way, my nose is not left out and white-looking.
05:56 Next, I'll go in with Jet Setter by Elf Cosmetics.
05:59 This is a beautiful moth pink color, and with a light hand, I apply that to the apples of my cheeks.
06:04 We're going to wing it out, but like I always say, if you don't like winged liner,
06:08 or you're just not comfortable doing it, just simply create a thin strip of black liner on your upper eyelid.
06:15 I really think it helps pull the whole look together and to define the eyes.
06:19 [music]
06:23 Now I'm going to take that first Bella Cafe color. I'm going to blend that on the lower lash line.
06:28 I never neglect my lower lash line. I just like to smoke it out a little bit.
06:32 Then I'm going to take Bella Taupe, and I'm just going to blend it on the outer corner of my lower lash line,
06:37 not bringing it all the way in, and then I'll take a little Bella Champagne,
06:41 and I'll pop it in the inner corners just to open up our eyes a little bit.
06:45 Next, I'm going to line my waterline with this black liner.
06:48 If you want to do a light colored liner, by all means, make this look your own and do it the way you want to.
06:53 Next, I'll add a few coats of mascara, and like I said in the intro, I did add Fault Flashes by Ardell Demi Wispies.
06:59 If you are like, "There's no way I'm wearing Fault Flashes on an everyday basis,"
07:03 absolutely do not. Just add your mascara.
07:06 Next, I'll go in with this beautiful lipstick color.
07:09 This is the Matte Lipsticks by Milani, and this one is naked.
07:13 I also added a NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream just to give it a little bit more of a brown look.
07:19 This is the final look. I hope you guys enjoyed. I love you.
07:22 Thank you so much for watching, and I hope to see you all in my next video. Bye, guys!
