00:00 Hi guys, so Kelly asked me how to get curl into the hair with the Perfector.

00:06 So I started to do it on this side already so it won't take me so long.

00:11 But what I want to show you is you're going to take your section Kelly and actually I

00:15 always take it and brush it through a couple times so that the fusion styling will start

00:21 to warm the hair up.

00:23 And then you put it all the way to the scalp like that.

00:28 And you actually literally just rotate it with your own hands.

00:32 I kind of pull out a little bit.

00:34 I rotate, I pull down, I push up.

00:38 So you're just kind of spiral curling it out.

00:42 Just like that.

00:43 All the way down however long your hair is.

00:45 And as you can see, you just get that bouncy curl.

00:48 So I think the question that you were asking me is like how do I get the curl up to the

00:52 root?

00:53 I know that people are used to with curling irons taking it down here and trying to roll

00:56 it up, but you won't get a really great curl out of that.

00:59 You want to start at the top.

01:01 Twist it around.

01:02 See here's the ends.

01:04 And then just kind of pull and come down and pull.

01:08 And when I did the first section and I brushed it through first, that always helps a lot

01:13 because then if you have any knots or anything like that, you already have them out.

01:18 Do you see that?

01:19 So I'm going to do one more here and then I'm just going to use my hands to brush through

01:23 it so you can see.

01:25 So it's important that you get in there, into the, see I rolled it all the way into the

01:29 scalp and then just kind of keep pulling.

01:34 And if you notice, my perfector is like vertical next to my face.

01:38 It's not up or down, it's vertical.

01:41 And I just pull the curl all the way out.

01:45 See and then all I have to do is when I put my hands through, my hands through there,

01:50 I just have that real kind of beachy wavy curl.

01:53 That's how I use that to curl my hair.
