00:00 Hello everybody and today, well first of all welcome to video number three of my Halloween
00:06 costume makeup tutorials and today I'm going to be coming Helga!

00:17 So today I'm going to be coming Helga.
00:19 I didn't have a bow laying around so I went with this bandana that I made into a bow so
00:22 I'm going to see how long it stays on the top of my head because it's like moving and
00:27 wobbling as I am talking.
00:29 And obviously as we know Helga had the white shirt underneath with the pink tank top with
00:34 the pink bow but this is actually just the bandana that I made into a bow so I keep like
00:38 opening up this part so that people are aware that it is a bow.
00:43 So and obviously her hair was in pixels!
00:47 So today I'm going to be recreating this Helga look.
00:51 I'm not sure if you can see it but she is holding a heart and clearly obsessed with
00:56 her boy.

00:59 So I'm going to try to recreate it.
01:01 So I have the outfit down as you can see and I'm going to jump right into the makeup tutorial
01:05 so if you want to know how to become Helga then just keep watching.
01:10 So the first thing that I'm going to do is I am going to put a white.
01:19 Now obviously as you can tell from that picture she's a cartoon so she doesn't have much makeup
01:23 on but since it's Halloween like I said in the past I am going to make it like a grown
01:29 up Helga.
01:30 So I'm going to put this white shadow all over both of my lids and I'm going to kind
01:40 of dazzle my girl Helga up because she's got some sass in her which I love.
01:46 It's so funny like I used to watch Hey Arnold all the time and when I was like what am I
01:50 going to do for my Halloween tutorials I was like oh my god and I was going through
01:54 like all my favorite TV shows and I was like hey Arnold was one of them, like Little Bear
02:00 was one of them, like Molly on the Couch was one of them.
02:03 Do you guys like remember those shows?
02:05 Oh the best.
02:07 Now that it's all over the lid I'm going to go in with this like brown pinky color.
02:14 Brown I keep saying brown.
02:16 This pink purpley color and I'm just going to put this in the middle of my eye, swiping
02:21 it up and in like so.
02:24 Just to give it like a little pink tone to it.
02:29 You know what I mean Jellybean?
02:30 And I'm just going to keep going back and forth.
02:33 Now this is going to be obviously a very subtle look like as you can see it's not like crazy
02:37 makeup because she's a young girl and I'm trying to stay true to the picture.
02:44 I wish I had a blonde wig but you know this is going to be the brunette version of Helga.
02:50 So I'm going to go in one more time in the middle and up like so.
02:55 Helga was so mean to Arnold like I can't even like if you guys like somebody don't do what

03:02 Arnold did not like her.
03:03 He was like bye.
03:05 Now I'm going to go in with this um gray tone right here and I'm going to pop this in my
03:12 crease just to kind of define it a little bit more like so.
03:21 And then I'm just going to kind of like swirl it up and out.
03:24 So you swirl up and out.
03:28 And I'm going to do the same thing on this side.
03:34 Move it football head.
03:36 Hey Arnold.
03:38 I remember when she was like the episode where she was like I love Arnold and I was like
03:44 oh my god this girl I can't.
03:48 And he was like what?
03:51 And then I remember this one episode where like they were like kind of on a date or something
03:55 and I don't know it was like a date kind of atmosphere and she got so jealous of the girl
04:00 that was on a date with him and then like she winds up going out.
04:02 It was weird.
04:03 I don't know my memory I can't but.
04:07 Yellow so now I'm just kind of like swirling the dark color around like so.
04:12 Just kind of deepen it.
04:14 And like I always do I'm going to close my eyes for you and show you guys how it's coming
04:17 out so far.
04:18 So since Helga is a cartoon it doesn't look like she's wearing much eyeliner so instead
04:24 of putting on eyeliner I'm just going to tight line me eyeballs.
04:30 So I'm just going to put the black in the upper part.
04:39 Ah!
04:40 Same thing over here.
04:44 And I'm going to list all the products down below.
04:50 And now as we all know Helga has a unibrow.
04:53 So what I'm going to do is I'm and she has black eyebrows so what I'm going to do is
04:57 I'm just going to really like go crazy here.
05:04 And just kind of trace my eyebrows and then like connect it.
05:12 Like so.
05:13 Ah!
05:14 And then I'm just going to put like lines like this like hair lines.
05:22 And I'm trying to make this look as natural as possible.
05:30 She got some crazy eyebrows.
05:35 And like that.
05:36 So I know it looks crazy but I'm going to go in like this and I'm just going to like
05:41 do brush strokes to make it look like hair.
05:45 And just kind of like obviously make this line look a little bit more natural.
05:54 And then I'm just going to do up and up motions.
05:58 And then I'm just going to make it look as natural as possible like as if I really have
06:06 a unibrow.
06:09 And I'm kind of like doing it messy so that it kind of looks like hair strokes.
06:14 But you know since it's Halloween I feel like if it wasn't natural like you could kind of
06:20 get away with it.
06:21 Like how do you make an unibrow look natural like you just don't.
06:25 So because it's so not.
06:28 So now it kind of looks like this and she's crazy.
06:36 I love Helga.
06:38 So now it kind of looks like this and I feel like the unibrow like if I were to go out
06:42 like this I would do the unibrow like this because I feel like if it was it makes it
06:47 look like a crazy unibrow like if it's too perfect then you're kind of like what is that
06:50 supposed to be.
06:51 So I would definitely leave it like this and I kind of left like some lines underneath
06:57 to make it look like a little bit more messy because as you guys know I like the grunge
07:01 look so I would leave it like this.
07:03 And as you guys know she's a cartoon so she's not wearing eyeliner so I'm just going to
07:07 go in with my mascara and I'm just going to put mascara on because the eyebrows are going
07:11 to do the talking today as I'm sure you can tell.

07:29 I loved like when I was little I was always into like Little Bear and Molly and the Comfy
07:35 Couch, Franklin, Max and Ruby and then as I got older I went to like Hey Arnold, Rocket
07:45 Power, Doug, Rugrats, All That, The Amanda Show.
07:58 Then I went to like Sister's Sister, Smart Guy, Full House, things like that.
08:06 And then as I got really older I went to like That's A Raven, Even Stevens, Losing Guard
08:11 which those tutorials are coming at ya girl.
08:14 Because I'm doing like a Halloween series if you guys didn't know that and I'm going
08:20 to be doing like I have Spice Girl Week when I'm going to be becoming the Spice Girls and
08:25 then I have like TV Show Week where I'm becoming like TV characters and then I have Movie Week
08:31 when I'm doing iconic movies so I'm really excited to film and post the videos for you
08:43 because I feel like Halloween tutorials are so much fun like I feel like they're the best
08:48 ones because they're so crazy like would you ever see me out in a unibrow like no.
08:53 So I just think that they're so much fun.
08:55 So now I'm going to close my eyes one more time and it's looking like this.
08:57 I have my unibrow and I have my pinkish grayish tone and then I have the mascara.
09:04 It's nothing too crazy.
09:06 And now I'm just going to put as always dropping everything and now I'm going to put on this
09:13 blush from my On The Run palette and it's a beautiful pink blush and I'm just going
09:17 to pop this.
09:19 And I actually think I'm going to do a little more blush than usual because I feel like
09:23 Helga would put on a lot of blush.
09:27 You know what I mean Jellybean?
09:29 What are you guys doing for Halloween?

09:36 So yeah I'm going to put on a lot of blush.
09:38 Obviously I would never do my blush like this but since it's like Halloween I feel like
09:42 it makes it more cartoony and more Helga-y and I feel like Helga wouldn't know how to
09:48 do her makeup.
09:49 Watch her like come in and like slay and be like yeah.
09:52 No I'm just kidding.
09:54 But yeah so this is it so far.
09:55 Now I'm going to do my lips.
09:59 What kind of lip color do I want?
10:00 I'm going to put on this pink lip liner first and then I'm going to go in with the lip.
10:07 Actually I'm going to go in with the lipstick first.
10:09 I don't know I like to do it that way.
10:11 I know it's backwards but my whole life is backwards so yolo.
10:15 I have no idea what lipstick this is but I'm in love with it.
10:19 I found it in my drawer the other day.
10:20 It's a dual.
10:21 It has like a lipstick on one and then a gloss on the other and it's literally so nude but
10:26 beautiful.
10:27 So I'm just going to apply this and it's so matte.
10:32 Like so matte to my lips and it's just like a nice nude pink awesomeness.

10:45 My ta da's.
10:49 Now I'm going to put the gloss side and put a little bit in the middle and then up.
10:59 Now I feel like my girl Helga wouldn't have.
11:04 So now I'm going to go in with this pink just to give it like a pink tone.
11:14 And just put it on the corners that never get lipstick on them.
11:17 Now I'm ready to rock and roll as Helga.
