The extremely successful, and just great, debut album of a little-known (then), and completely underestimated band from the USA, (Detroit), released by famous producer Andrew Oldham (Andrew Oldham) - (this is the first manager of The Rolling Stones), in 1971 on the label Motown's Rare Earth except for the first track. This brilliantly recorded, very melodic, mellow progressive album consists of very catchy and melodic quality songs, based on powerful inserts (OOOOOOOO!!!) of the Hammond organ and attractive vocal parts. Some songs are just incredibly beautiful! Stylistically, this record is not far from the giants of Procol Harum of 1967-68, the era of compositions such as A Whiter Shade Of Pale and Repent Walpurgis, with a touch of the late The Beatles, the late 60s and early Traffic ... How is it that they remained in I won’t put a shadow on my mind! Of course,
