00:29 I don't even know how to start off this intro. It's just...
00:31 It's just too much to take, you know? It's just like...
00:35 So today's video is a very special video because this is my official initiation into fall.
00:41 My initiation into fall makeup trends, into white girls wearing yoga pants and UGG boots,
00:46 into pumpkin spice lattes, all the leaves are changing on the tree.
00:50 Except none of that happens here in Florida because it's going to be about 100 degrees until Christmas.
00:54 M-m-m-m-mkay? Mkay.
00:56 But seriously though, I am so excited for this fall makeup look. I am so excited to get into fall makeup looks.
01:01 I have tons of looks in my back pocket that I have been holding onto for about a month now
01:05 because this is my favorite time of year and I feel like every single time fall comes around,
01:08 I say the same thing here on my channel because I love fall makeup looks.
01:12 And even though the trends always change, they still kind of stay the same.
01:16 Like every single fall, it's all about like warm tones and dark vampy lips.
01:20 You know what I'm saying? So I'm all about that life.
01:23 So today is the first fall look that I have for you.
01:26 And of course I wanted to go dramatic because that's just me.
01:29 Like it's the first one and I thought, "Go big or go home," right?
01:31 So I did a very intense winged liner for you guys today, a dark vampy lip.
01:36 But as you can see, I left the lower lash line a little bit more on the basic side.
01:40 So it makes it a little bit more wearable with that intense dramatic cat eye.
01:44 If you want to really go over the top, put some black liner in your waterline,
01:48 smoke that out and you will be like, "Smokey girl!"
01:50 But I wanted to keep it a little bit more wearable.
01:54 This is super random and I've gone back and forth with myself if I even wanted to mention this to you guys
01:59 because it could easily come off as bragging.
02:01 But I don't care. I want to talk about it and I want to take the opportunity just to say thank you.
02:05 You guys make me feel so special every single day of my life.
02:07 Every single morning I wake up and I check my Twitter, I check my Instagram, I feel special.
02:10 And I want to give that back to you guys in any way that I ever possibly can.
02:13 So I want to tell you guys this.
02:15 I was invited to New York Fashion Week by Sephora.
02:18 And let me just say, when I say that this is the opportunity of a lifetime for me
02:22 and that this is such a dream come true, when I got the email I cried.
02:25 I was so overwhelmed.
02:26 Like, "Wait, Sephora wants me to go to Fashion Week behind stage with a pro artist?"
02:32 Like, so crazy.
02:34 And this all has happened because of you guys.
02:36 All these opportunities are happening because of you guys.
02:38 Sephora would never even know my name if it wasn't for you.
02:40 Anyways, moral of the story is I turned down the opportunity.
02:44 I was completely honest with them.
02:45 I let them know, "Thank you so much. This is the opportunity of a lifetime.
02:47 What a dream come true."
02:49 But I promised my subscribers that I was going to be dedicated to YouTube through the whole month of September,
02:52 that I was not going to be going out of town, and that is where my loyalty is, and that is where I belong.
02:56 I let them know straight up the honest truth.
02:58 I let Sephora know that you guys are more important to me.
03:02 And it's funny because the reason I'm telling you guys this is because if I were to have gone,
03:05 I actually would have gotten on the plane an hour and a half ago.
03:08 So I could either be on a plane right now on the way to New York City, or I could be sitting here doing this.
03:12 And I'll fill you guys in on a little secret.
03:14 I'd rather be doing this.
03:16 I've been focusing so much on YouTube.
03:18 I've got all new lights.
03:19 I set up my new lights yesterday, and I've got all these new backgrounds,
03:22 and I'm in the middle of moving into a new space because I'm trying so hard to improve my quality for you guys
03:27 and make my content the best that it can be.
03:29 I just feel like it could be better.
03:30 I just feel like it hasn't been 110%.
03:33 So I'm trying to give you 110%, and that's why I'm focusing 100% on this month.
03:37 Everything else in my life, I'm pausing because this is it for the month of September.
03:41 So I hope that that makes you guys feel special and warm and cozy inside
03:45 because there's literally no one in the entire world that I would choose over fashion week.
03:49 But you guys won, honestly.
03:51 And I didn't stay here because I was paid to or someone forced me to.
03:54 I stayed here because this is where I wanted to be, and this is where I belong.
03:57 And I love you guys so much, and I could honestly cry right now, but I'm not going to.
04:00 But even though I'm not going to New York, it's just so amazing to me that they even invited me because of you guys.
04:05 You guys are the reason that they invited me, and that is just like--
04:08 Even though I couldn't be there, I don't care.
04:12 Everything always goes back to my subscribers, and I just love you guys so much.
04:15 So thank you so much for letting Sephora know who I am.
04:17 Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your lives.
04:20 Thank you so much for buying Champagne Pop, for even supporting me and letting Champagne Pop be sold there.
04:23 It's all because of your support, and I'm just so thankful, you guys.
04:26 God, I'm so thankful. I love you guys so much.
04:28 And that's it. I hope you guys have a wonderful day, and thank you.
04:33 Well, hello. So let's get started.
04:36 Of course, I have to show you that I'm watching Friends because I always--
04:39 You guys, the obsession is too real. It's been too real for 12 years.
04:42 Let's move on and do our makeup.
04:44 So first thing I am doing is priming my eyes, and then I'm going to be using Makeup Geek eyeshadows today,
04:49 which are my favorite shadows ever, pretty much. Let's get real.
04:52 And I'm going to be going in with the two most common shadows I use all the time,
04:55 which is Peach Smoothie and Creme Brulee.
04:57 I am using Peach Smoothie first on the Sigma E40 brush, and as you can see,
05:01 I'm going windshield wiper motions from outer corner to inner corner,
05:04 and then I will slowly take it up higher and go in circular motions to blend that out.
05:08 Then I will go in and pick up the Creme Brulee and just put it right on top, doing the exact same motions.
05:13 These two shadows, in my opinion, are such a staple in everyone's collection,
05:18 because as you can see, they just bring so much depth in that crease area,
05:21 and they are like the perfect transition shades for pretty much any neutral-toned eye that you ever want to do.
05:26 I have a bad habit of using these two colors almost every single day of my life.
05:29 I should really pick up something else, but whatever.
05:31 Clearly, I'm in love with this shadow that I'm about to pick up right now.
05:34 This is Coco Bear by Makeup Geek. I'm pretty sure I've gone through four of them.
05:38 It might be five, but I think it's four.
05:41 That's how much I love this shadow right here.
05:43 It's such a beautiful, burnt, kind of reddish-brown, perfect for the fall.
05:47 And I'm using the Morphe M433 brush, which is an amazing blending brush, to put this in my crease area.
05:52 As you can see, I'm keeping this color much lower than I did with Creme Brulee and Peach Smoothie,
05:56 because I don't want to take this too high, otherwise you can look like you got socked in the face,
06:00 and we're not really going for that look today.
06:02 Then I'm going to pick up Chickadee on the exact same brush, and this is a beautiful pale orange.
06:07 I'm just going to sweep this in the crease area, right in between where Coco Bear and Peach Smoothie meet,
06:12 just to give even more warmth.
06:14 Once I have done that, I'm going to go back with a clean brush and just go back and forth.
06:18 And as you can see, that will kind of blow out that smokiness so that it gets a little bit more blended.
06:23 Now I'm going to go in with Giorgio Armani eyeshadow in the shade number five.
06:28 Listen guys, I'm going to be honest with you, the color is beautiful, and it is very different.
06:32 It's one of a kind, but it is such a difficult color to work with.
06:35 Do not feel like you have to go out and spend the money to get this.
06:38 When I wear this without any eyeliner, it's a dream come true.
06:41 But doing eyeliner over top of this was so difficult.
06:45 I had to go back so many times and reapply my liner, because the fallout was insane.
06:50 So I'm just warning you and just being honest.
06:52 Then I'm going to go in with the Morphe gel liner.
06:54 I've always used the Maybelline, like I'm ride or die for the Maybelline gel liner.
06:58 But this Morphe one is incredible.
07:00 I don't know what it is about inexpensive gel liners that I love so much.
07:04 It's weird, the expensive ones are actually my least favorites.
07:07 It's kind of strange, but this Morphe one is super, super black, and it does the job.
07:12 It's long wearing, it doesn't transfer on my eyelids, so I love this one just as much as the Maybelline.
07:17 Anyways, so I'm going to do a really, really dramatic wing today.
07:20 As you can see, I'm going to bring that point out pretty far, because I really want this to be an intense cat eye.
07:26 There were so many cat eyes on the runway, and I was so inspired by that.
07:30 So I really wanted to bring that drama back today and really intensify that eye shape.
07:35 So that is what I'm doing.
07:37 And then I'm going to go in and just give a really quick, very thin coat of mascara, because we're going to pop on some falsies.
07:44 I'm going to be using the Glitchy Glam lashes, and these are in the style Miami.
07:49 I chose this style over Mykonos, because Mykonos is my favorite lash style ever, but they're really dramatic.
07:54 Miami is a little bit more subtle.
07:56 I like how I consider these subtle, even though they're so intense.
08:00 But you could see the shadow better, and I didn't want to put on lashes so intense that it took away from the shadow and the liner.
08:06 You know what I'm saying? You know what I'm saying.
08:08 Now I'm going to be priming my skin, and I'm using the Makeup Forever Radiance Primer.
08:12 I really love this primer. It takes a lot to impress me with primers.
08:15 But this one has been my go-to for the past few months, and I really love it.
08:19 Now for foundation, I'm going to be using the Cover FX Natural Finish Oil-Free Foundation.
08:23 Woo! That's a mouthful!
08:25 And I'm going to be using this in the shade G40.
08:28 Don't quote me on that.
08:30 Anyways, I'm going to just dot this all over my face, and then I'm going to spritz my foundation brush.
08:34 This is the Morphe M439 with some MAC Fix Plus.
08:38 And then I'm going to just be stippling this all over the face and blending it out.
08:41 Oh, don't you wish that we could move this quickly when we're doing our makeup?
08:45 That would be grand, and I could get an extra 25 minutes of sleep in the morning.
08:49 But back to reality!
08:51 Anyways, I really like this foundation because it's so extremely full coverage
08:54 that the tiniest amount will cover your entire face.
08:57 And so therefore, your money goes a really long way buying this foundation.
09:00 You know what I mean?
09:01 Anyways, I am now concealing the under eye area using the Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer,
09:06 which is my favorite at the moment.
09:08 And I'm using the Real Techniques Damp Sponge to blend this out under my eyes,
09:12 which I recently replaced because I was so in love with the Beauty Blender
09:15 that I started using this one instead.
09:17 I will say I think the Beauty Blender is a little bit more durable,
09:21 but I love this Real Techniques one.
09:23 It is really, really nice.
09:25 Very squishy and very fat, which I like in my sponges.
09:28 Now I'm going to be setting my under eye area.
09:31 I'm using the Anastasia Banana Powder, and I'm also mixing it with the MAC Pro Emphasize.
09:35 You guys know that those are like my match made in heaven for my under eye area.
09:39 And then I'm going to be filling in the eyebrows.
09:42 I am using the Anastasia Brow Wiz in the shade Taupe.
09:45 And I always start on my tail, and then I really, really lightly go on the inner corners
09:50 and just kind of draw like little hairs going upward,
09:53 and then I blend it all out with a spoolie really generously.
09:56 Like that's where I spend the most time is blending it out with a spoolie
09:59 so that it's not too intense.
10:01 Now we are highlighting the brow bone, and I started off using MAC Nylon Shadow
10:05 because I've mentioned before that it's like my favorite brow highlight.
10:08 But then I decided to go over it with some Champagne Pop.
10:11 And the reason why is because this is such a warm-toned eye,
10:15 and Champagne Pop has like that golden peachy undertone in it.
10:18 I wanted to use that as the highlight as opposed to nylon that's like really frosty
10:22 and more like of a white yellow.
10:24 It was just more complimentary to the eye look.
10:26 Then I'm going to line my waterline with a white creamy liner.
10:30 I didn't want to go stark white but like an ivory shade.
10:33 And this is the MAC Pro NW20 pencil that I am using.
10:37 And then I'm going to begin my contouring process.
10:40 So today I am using MAC Shadestir.
10:42 This is a sculpting powder by MAC,
10:44 and I'm going to be using the new Tarte paddle brush to apply this.
10:48 I don't know if it's technically a paddle brush, but that's what it looks like,
10:50 so I'm going to call it a paddle brush.
10:52 This is only my third time using this brush, so I will get back to you guys
10:55 on how I really feel about it after I've used it a couple more times.
10:58 But this sculpting powder is life.
11:01 It is the perfect color.
11:03 It is not too red, not too brown, not too orange, not too yellow.
11:06 I am so in love with it.
11:08 You can see as I'm blending it on the face that it just looks like a natural shadow,
11:12 which is exactly what you're going for when you are contouring the face.
11:15 So I just--I love this color so much right now.
11:18 It's my new obsession right now.
11:20 Then I'm going to go in with the Laura Mercier translucent powder,
11:23 and I am using the M548, I believe this is,
11:27 which is a really intense, precise contour brush.
11:30 I'm going to use that just to dust this powder on.
11:32 This is technically called the baking method.
11:34 I talked about it in my most recent video for you guys.
11:36 You can wipe this off immediately, and it will have the same effect,
11:39 but just letting it sit there and technically bake is just going to make it last longer
11:43 so that it doesn't move throughout the day.
11:45 Now I'm going to go in with Makeup Geek Desert Sands eyeshadow,
11:48 which is a gorgeous kind of mustardy brown.
11:51 It's beautiful.
11:52 And just using a small pencil brush,
11:55 I'm going to put that only on the outer corner of the lower lash line,
11:58 and then I'm going to grab some more Coco Bear,
12:00 and I'm going to put that on the outer corner as well.
12:02 I wanted to leave the inner corner of the lower lash line blank
12:05 because I really wanted the top lid and that intense cat eye to steal the show,
12:09 so I kept everything on the lower lash line much more subtle.
12:12 Don't forget to blend all that out, though.
12:14 You don't want harsh lines on that lower lash line,
12:16 so that's why I continuously go in with the pencil brush.
12:19 Now I'm going to use MAC Style Blush for the cheeks.
12:22 One of my all-time favorite MAC blushes right here.
12:24 It's so beautiful.
12:25 It's kind of a peachy, orangey shade
12:28 with the most gorgeous golden yellow shimmer in it.
12:31 It's just so beautiful.
12:33 I love it all year round, but for some reason in the fall,
12:35 I love it even more.
12:36 Then I'm just going to go in and dust out all of that powder
12:39 that we left sitting there on the face
12:41 so that we can reveal our structured contour.
12:44 It just makes contouring so much easier.
12:46 You can be as sloppy as you want.
12:47 No big deal.
12:48 Let me just clean you up real quick.
12:49 Now I'm going to go and just put some mascara on the lower lashes
12:52 because that's just an absolute must for me.
12:54 I feel like I'm walking around butt naked
12:56 if I don't have mascara on my lower lashes,
12:58 just so you know.
13:00 Now I'm going to highlight using the Morphe M501 brush
13:02 in Champagne Pop.
13:04 Champagne Pop works perfect for this look
13:06 because of the yellow, peachy undertones.
13:08 It really, really complements the eyes.
13:11 Now I'm going to go in with Vamp Liquid Lipstick,
13:14 and this is by Anastasia Beverly Hills.
13:16 I am going to overline my top lip just a little bit
13:20 because I'm going to be honest with you,
13:21 I've wanted lip injections since I was a teenager,
13:23 but I know I would get ripped apart for doing that.
13:25 So instead, we're going to overline our lips
13:27 because that's the power of makeup.
13:29 So I hope that you guys enjoy this fall look.
13:31 We have many more to come.
13:33 Thank you so much for watching.
13:34 I love you guys, and I'll see you soon.
13:36 Enjoy your pumpkin spice lattes.
13:38 Bye.
13:39 (upbeat music)
13:53 (slurping)
13:55 Goodness gracious, great balls of--
13:56 Oh my God!
13:57 Oh!
13:59 I almost just ate shit!
