Ben Roberts-Smith’s lawyers are considering lodging an appeal after the SAS veteran lost a defamation case against three newspapers for stories which accused him of murder, bullying, and domestic violence. Justice Anthony Besanko found the newspapers established the substantial truth of many imputations, including allegations of murder.
