00:00 Hi guys, it's Lucy here and for today's video, well today's second video, I'm going to do a Disgust from Inside Out inspired makeup tutorial.
00:10 So if you don't know who Disgust is, basically she's an emotionist head, well Riley's head, in the new film Inside Out and it's really great, it's by Disney.
00:20 You should definitely watch it, it's really good.
00:22 And yeah, but by makeup tutorial I'm not going to paint my face green and get those crazy eyelashes like Kitty's mumma did,
00:28 although it looks amazing, I don't have face paint and I don't think it would look exactly great to keep on all day.
00:33 I want to create a look inspired by Disgust that you can just wear for the whole evening.
00:38 So, let's get started.
00:41 So if you wear a foundation or concealer in the evening, then of course you can wear that, but I'm not going to do any of that.
00:49 But first of all you have to keep hydrated, so I'm going to use this Chubba Chubbs Lip Smacker in the orange flavour and just apply it.
00:57 First I'm going to take my Rimmel Stay Matte Powder and then just powder my face to make myself so, just, you know, matte.
01:09 And this is a really good powder, it's £3.99 I think, and this is a Poundland powder brush from Poundland basically.
01:17 And yeah, so just apply it all over your face.
01:21 This brush is literally so soft, it's so nice.
01:24 As you may see, Disgust has a very nice purplish pink blush and I'm going to mix two for this.
01:30 So first I'm going to apply a layer of the Collection Blusher in Bashful.
01:34 It's just a very nice nudey pink orange.
01:39 And just dust it across your cheeks.
01:41 And I'm using a PS Love blush brush, well, face brush really.
01:45 So now I've got some pinkish red cheeks.
01:48 I'm going to take it a bit brighter and I'm going to take my Makeup Gallery Filling Blush Blusher in Candy Floss 2.
01:54 It's just a blusher from Poundland which means you can get it for £1, it's really great quality.
01:59 And it's a bubblegum pinky, well, candy floss.
02:01 By the way, this was £2.99, this was £1.
02:05 So everything here is just so cheap.
02:08 So I'm just going to take that and just dust over where I put the last blusher.
02:14 So now I have finished the blusher, I'm going on to my eyes.
02:18 So first of all, you need a base.
02:20 So I'm going to take the Maybelline Color Tattoo 24 Hour in the shade 35 On and On Bronze.
02:27 It's basically a cream eyeshadow but it's really good for a base.
02:29 And it's a golden bronze silver and you just want to get a teeny bit with your fingers.
02:35 And just do like that, that, and then just rub it in.
02:39 I'm only using a tiny bit because I don't want the whole eyelid to be green, I mean green, silver or bronze or gold, whatever.
02:47 I don't want the whole eyelid to be this colour.
02:49 I'm just using it for a base.
02:51 I'm just going to blend it out with my fingers.
02:53 Now I've moved a teeny bit closer so you can see my eyes up close.
02:57 First of all, take a light green eyeshadow, sorry for my moving, I'm using my Accessorize palette.
03:03 And I'm just using this lovely green and I'm just going to put it on my eyes.
03:07 You don't want to put too much on because you'll just look a bit weird.
03:10 The green I'm using is a minty green.
03:14 I actually called it in my palette Mint Grass.
03:17 And I'm actually quite proud of myself, I know this sounds like show off, that I'm actually using a brighter colour.
03:21 Because I'm definitely a girl for nudes.
03:23 And if you really hate bright colours and you just love neutrals, I really think you should try a green.
03:28 Because it just looks amazing.
03:30 It doesn't look too bright and too dark as long as you don't put much on.
03:35 So Disgust actually has a purplish eye.
03:38 So from my Makeup Revolution London Redemption Palette Iconic 3, which is a total dupe for the Naked 3.
03:44 So you could use the colours in that.
03:45 I'm taking this beautiful colour, it's a darkish purplish pinkish shade.
03:52 And I'm just going to put it all over my eyelid on top of the green.
03:55 Don't put the pink eyeshadow, like don't put too much of it on.
03:59 Because you want to still see a bit of the green at the top.
04:02 Then take a gel or cream glitter eyeshadow and take a green.
04:08 So this is from a Klairs Eye Glitter Palette.
04:11 I'm taking this lovely green colour and just using my fingers.
04:15 I'm just going to put it all over my lid because it adds a nice green but most of all it has a sparkle in it.
04:21 And everyone knows Disgust loves sparkle.
04:25 And then blend it all together.
04:28 The last thing for the eyes, take a mascara, a big one.
04:32 This is the Maybelline The Rocket Volume Express.
04:35 And just apply it to your eyelashes to make them big.
04:38 If you really want to go far into this look you can use a green mascara or you can use some green fake lashes.
04:43 But I don't want to go that far.
04:45 I absolutely love this mascara because it lengthens and volumes.
04:50 It's just amazing, especially for the price of like £5.99.
04:54 The only thing bad about this mascara is that basically it's sort of a wet formula.
05:00 So it does take a long time to dry.
05:02 And when you cry, you look really bad.
05:05 Unless you get the waterproof one.
05:07 I should have got that one.
05:08 And make sure you do the bottom ones for the best look.
05:12 So Disgust has a purplish bright pink lip colour.
05:15 And for that you need to take two items.
05:17 First is the Maybelline Baby Lips Tinted Lip Balm in Pink Punch.
05:21 It's a very bright pink with a bit of a purplish undertone.
05:25 And you just need to apply it to your lips.
05:27 This will also give you more moisture.
05:29 The Maybelline Baby Lips are just amazing.
05:31 I love them.
05:32 They're 10/10.
05:34 Strongly recommend it.
05:35 They smell amazing.
05:36 The colour's amazing.
05:38 And they're very hydrating.
05:41 And last, take a purple lip gloss.
05:42 This one is from Klairs.
05:43 It's just a mini purple lip gloss.
