00:00 Hey everyone, today I'm going to show you how to get a very sultry and smouldering date
00:05 night look.
00:06 Before we start I'm just going to eat my toasted cheese sandwich, it is delicious by the way.
00:12 So first up I'm using my MAC Moisture Cover Concealer in NC20.
00:16 I've used this product to death so I definitely need to switch it up and try some new concealers
00:20 in the next few weeks for you guys.
00:24 I'm also applying some to the edges of my nose just because it's looking a little red.
00:29 So I'm now going to apply my Chanel Matte Lumiere Foundation in the shade number 40
00:35 Beige.
00:36 I absolutely love this foundation, I don't wear it often because it is quite expensive
00:41 so I save it for special occasions.
00:44 I realised the other day that I haven't explained to you guys why I don't use any powder.
00:49 That's just because my skin doesn't agree with it, like every time I use it I break
00:52 out in little bumps and I get really weird dry patches and then part of my skin grows
00:57 really oily so that's why I don't use it but if powder agrees with your skin definitely
01:03 use it underneath your eyes and on any areas where you get any shine.
01:08 Now the reason I love this foundation is because it's got great coverage while still looking
01:11 really luminous and it lasts all day so I highly recommend this product.
01:17 And you know this isn't a paid product endorsement because I only have 5 subscribers, 3 of which
01:21 are my friends so no one's offering any products for me to advertise.
01:27 So I've just applied my matte concealer to my forehead, the bridge of my nose, the bow
01:31 of my lips and on my chin just to highlight those areas and as usual to just breathe a
01:38 bit of life back into my face.
01:40 My eyes are looking really squinty today, like my eyelids just look really droopy, it
01:44 looks like they're about to just like engulf my eyeballs.
01:47 I have this fear that as I get older my eyelids will get droopier and then my eyes will eventually
01:51 be the size of like peas.
01:55 Anyway I am now pencilling in my eyebrows with my Choochie High Definition Eyebrow Pencil
02:01 in the colour Blonde.
02:04 So the only eye palette that I'll be using today is my Sugar Baby Ticket to Beauty palette.
02:08 I'm pretty sure it's an Australian brand.
02:11 Sorry to keep using Australian brands for all of those that live overseas but I'm in
02:15 love with this palette.
02:17 So I'm just taking that sort of browny, slightly purpley shade and I'm applying it to the main
02:24 part of the eyelid.
02:25 The main part of the eyelid, what am I even talking about?
02:27 What is that bit called?
02:28 The lower part of the eyelid?
02:30 Whatever that is.
02:32 I'll also be applying that same shade to my bottom lash line just to even it out and make
02:37 my eyes look bigger.
02:39 I know that this is a big call but this Sugar Baby Ticket to Beauty palette is probably my
02:44 favourite palette of all time.
02:46 Every single colour in there I would use and every colour is amazing.
02:52 So if you have more space between your upper lash line and your eyebrow then you can definitely
02:56 take this shade up higher but I'm going to leave it here.
03:01 So in the crease I'll be using this light chocolatey colour.
03:06 This is one of my favourite colours in the palette and you can totally tell because I've
03:09 clearly used that one the most.
03:12 So you want to focus this on the outer part of the eyelids and just keep blending back
03:15 and forth in windscreen... windscreen wiper motions?
03:19 Yes, that's what I'm trying to say.
03:21 Windscreen wiper motions just so it's nicely blended and looks completely flawless.
03:27 So take that same shade and apply it to the outer edges of your lower lash line.
03:32 Don't take it all the way in towards your tear duct because it will close in your eyes
03:36 and it will make your eyes look miniature.
03:40 I'm now just taking my Real Techniques face brush that I use to apply my foundation and
03:45 I'm just cleaning up the edges because they're not really looking very even at the moment
03:49 so I'm just cleaning it up so it doesn't matter if you don't get it perfect the first time
03:53 around.
03:55 Using the leftover product on your brush just keep blending away upwards.
04:00 Blend blend blend blend blend until your hands fall off.
04:09 I'm now going to be using this light base shade as the transition shade and I'm just
04:12 going to blend that out even further.
04:15 I'm just using the brush that came in the kit and surprisingly it's really fluffy and
04:19 it works perfectly as a blending brush.
04:23 These eyeshadows actually blend really smoothly and you don't end up with any patchy or choppy
04:27 bits.
04:29 I'm now just taking this light shade in the middle on the bottom row and I'm using it
04:33 as my highlighter and applying it just underneath my eyebrows.
04:39 So now it's time to clean up all the fallout and because these shades are slightly creamier
04:44 there isn't really much fallout to clean up which is good.
04:47 If we were doing a bolder eye makeup look we might want to apply our eyeshadow before
04:51 our foundation.
04:53 So now I'm applying my Astralis black eyeliner.
04:56 I've definitely used this eyeliner too much.
04:59 I think I've just gone a bit OTT in my videos with it so I am going to branch out and start
05:05 using a lot more products in my upcoming videos.
05:09 However this product is amazing, FYI.
05:13 So depending on how intense you want this makeup look to be you can apply as little
05:17 or as much eyeliner as you want.
05:21 If you're going out to a club or out to a fancy restaurant I say just go nuts.
05:28 This is the perfect look when you're wanting your makeup to look really sultry and smouldering
05:32 but you're not necessarily wanting to use a lot of black eye makeup to do it.
05:38 This would be the perfect makeup option for a third or fourth date, if you're going clubbing
05:43 or to a restaurant or to the theatre, any sort of evening affair.
05:48 You could wear this makeup to the shops but I feel like you'd get a lot of unwanted attention
05:53 and probably a lot of creepy stares from seedy men.
05:57 So I've applied my mascara and now I'm going in with my Body Shop bronzer and I'm just
06:01 going to use that to contour my cheeks and my forehead.
06:05 I don't contour my jawline because I've got a weird head shape and my jaw tapers in so
06:11 I wouldn't want to make that look any more tapered otherwise I would just look like an
06:16 alien.
06:20 I'm now taking this mineral blush powder by Maybelline in the colour True Peach and I'm
06:25 applying it to the apples of my cheeks.
06:27 I have a feeling that this blush might be discontinued but really any peachy blush will
06:32 do.
06:33 I like to just apply a small amount on my brush and then build it up slowly so you don't
06:38 end up with a huge amount all at once on your cheeks looking like straightener burns on
06:43 your face.
06:47 I'm now taking my favourite MAC pigment powder in the shade Melon and I'm going to use that
06:52 to highlight my face on the tops of my cheeks, forehead, above my lips and my chin.
07:00 I've said it before and I will say it again, this is my favourite highlighter of all time
07:05 by far.
07:11 So the lipstick that I'll be using is in the NYX Butter Lipstick line and it is in the
07:16 shade Snowcap.
07:17 It's just a really nice neutral nude shade.
07:21 And I'll be applying my favourite lashes right now which are the Selena lashes by Manicare.
07:27 They look friggin incredible.
07:30 So this is the finished look guys.
07:32 It is super simple to do.
07:33 I hope you enjoyed it.
07:36 And to finish off every look you should always apply some perfume and I am going to apply
07:41 my favourite perfume by Chanel called Chance.
07:43 Bye!
