Could powdered beer make the brewing industry more sustainable?

Germany is famous for its beer. On average - each German drinks around a hundred litres of the stuff every year. That's a lot of bottles and barrels that have to be shipped round the country. Now - a brewer in eastern Germany says he has a plan to change all that - as the BBC's Tim Allman explains.
